This guided visualization will help you to tune into the frequency of abundance.
When we are living from this frequency of abundance,
It not only allows us to call in more of the abundance that we're seeking,
But it also helps us see all of the abundance that is already right here in front of us.
When you're ready,
Settle into a nice comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Notice if there's anything you can do to make the body even just two or three percent more comfortable.
As you feel ready,
Gently let the eyes close down as you give your body full permission to be held and supported by the surface beneath you.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
Filling up all the way.
And as you exhale,
Allow that exhale to be twice as long.
Imagine a wave of the most peaceful energy could enter in through the crown of the head.
Imagine this wave of peace softening that space between the eyebrows,
Spreading softness into the jaw,
Relaxing the back of the tongue,
Imagining this wave move down,
Expanding,
Softening through the throat and neck,
Feeling the shoulders soften away from the ears.
Imagine this wave of peace infusing the heart space with so much softness,
Overflowing with love.
This wave of peace moves down into the low belly,
Softening the belly,
Allowing it to flow easily in and out with the breath.
Imagine this peace moving down into the hips,
The legs heavy with this peaceful relaxation.
Eventually imagine this wave of peace exiting out the soles of the feet.
Take another deep breath in through the nose.
And as you exhale twice as long,
Imagine every single bone could exhale too.
And as you give the body permission to be at rest,
To be soft,
Begin to imagine that you are standing at the top of the most beautiful staircase you have ever seen.
Just standing here,
You might notice a feeling of joy,
Of excitement,
Of expansiveness,
Knowing that anything you find at the bottom of this staircase is to serve your absolute highest good.
And in a moment when we walk down these five steps,

Imagine stepping down five as another wave of peaceful energy moves through the body.

Getting curious what it might feel like to soften even more.

Into your natural expansiveness.
And as you let go into that peace,

Gaze at your nightstand and see a pair of glasses illuminated in a beautiful light.
Imagine feeling an intuitive knowing to put these glasses on.
And as you put these glasses on,
All of the abundance that is present in your life is illuminated.
And as you gaze around your room,
Around your room,
Notice all of the abundance that is right here.
The abundance of comfort in your bed.
The abundance of clothing in your dresser.
And as you see yourself getting up out of bed,
Moving through your day tomorrow,
Wearing these glasses of abundance,
Notice all of the abundance that is here.
Noticing the abundance of beautiful people in your day.
The abundance of food in the kitchen.
The abundance of flowers outside.
And as you imagine moving through your day,
Seeing,
Celebrating all of the abundance that is already here,
Imagine the abundance of new opportunities crossing your path.
Receiving an abundance of money in a way that feels so perfectly aligned.
See yourself attracting abundance of all kinds that feel nourishing to your heart,
Your mind,
Your body.
And as you see yourself celebrating all of the abundance that's here,
Attracting abundance in all forms,
Feel what it feels like in your body to live from this vibration of abundance.
Allowing this feeling to fill up every single cell in your body so that you are radiating with pure abundance.
And when every single cell is filled with this energy of abundance,
You might feel a sense of openness through the heart.
