Student Teacher Prayer

This Sanskrit chant strengthens the connection between students and their teacher. It invites us into healthy relationship with one another and the creation of a safe space for learning and growth. The mantra is repeated one time, followed by a short pause, and then repeated another three times. There is no introduction or closing, so you are welcome to play this recording during a guided practice – of your own or that you are facilitating for others. Lyrics: Om saha navavatu Saha nau bhunaktu Saha viryam karavavahai Tejasvi navadhitam astu Ma vidvishavahai Om shantih shantih shantih (May we be protected. May we be nourished.
