Namaste Chant

This chant honors our deep and infinite interconnectedness with one another. The lyrics are many ways of translating the Sanskrit “namaste” into English.

The chant is repeated one time. There is no introduction or closing, so you are welcome to play this recording during a guided practice – of your own or that you are facilitating for others.

I honor the place in you that is the same in me.
I honor the place in you where the whole universe resides.
I honor the place in you of love, of light, of peace, and of truth.
I bow to the divinity in you that is one with the divinity in me.
I bow to the Beloved One in you that is one with the Beloved One in me.
