A classic meditation in the Himalayan Tradition includes five steps: a still, stable seat; diaphragmatic breathing; systematic relaxation; feeling the breath in the nose; and using the mantra “so-ham.” Moving through this process allows your body to rest, your breath to relax, and your mind to slow and focus.
