Over 20 years, Kelly has explored yoga, meditation, massage, mindfulness, Ayurveda, and most recently - motherhood. She knows how hard it can be to find time for practice, and also how important it is to carve out that time. She is dedicated to making practices accessible to all bodies, backgrounds, and ages so that everyone can experience the power of practice. Kelly lives with her family on an island off the west coast of Canada and is nourished by time in nature.
