Start out by bringing attention to the chest.
Let there be a little more open heartedness at the chest.
Just a little opening and ease or softening.
The chest and the upper back.
And let there be a little more openness and softness at the belly and the lower back.
Allowing each breath to be drawn down into a softening belly.
A fundamental step to healing and thriving in life is to connect with your deep intention for healing and thriving for yourself.
Like it's to really wish yourself well at the deepest level.
So there's a healthy wise part in all of us that really wants us to thrive.
Wants us to be well.
Is that spark of life at the depth of us that knows we deserve to flourish.
Just as all life deserves to flourish.
We're not separate from life.
We completely deserve to thrive.
To feel freedom and ease.
To know kindness and love.
And so moving forward from our struggles or suffering.
Involves deeply connecting with the healthy part in us that wants to see us thrive.
True flourishing in the face of our struggles involves this deep intention to thrive.
It's a sense of self respect.
It's a sense of self care.
So drop your attention from your head to your heart.
Again drop your attention from your head to your heart.
And feel the heart open a bit.
Feel more warmth start to pervade the heart area.
And from a heart full place in yourself.
Say to yourself.
May I be happy.
Really truly.
I want myself to have true well-being.
I want to feel good.
I deserve to have well-being.
And to be happy.
I truly deserve to be happy.
And realistically we're not happy all the time in a human life.
But you can truly wish for yourself.
To feel deep well-being.
And truly wish that you have very happy moments.
And so just say to yourself.
I wish that you be happy.
Or I wish that I be happy.
I wish that I know well-being.
And I wish that I be well.
I wish that I be physically and mentally well.
That I feel good in body and mind.
That I'm not diseased.
I truly wish for myself that I be well.
May I be happy.
May I be well.
And may I be safe.
May I not be in physical danger.
May I feel the safety.
And ease and relaxation within me.
May I truly be safe.
And may I be peaceful and at ease.
I truly wish for myself that I feel peace and ease.
And go ahead and put your hand to your chest if you wish.
And touch your heart area with some tenderness.
And repeat to yourself.
I wish that I feel well-being.
I wish that I thrive and that I flourish.
I wish ease and peace for myself.
From the depth of my being I deeply wish that I be happy.
That I flourish.
That I feel well-being.
That I thrive.
