So when you're ready,
Find a comfortable position.
Bring yourself into this moment,
Into your body in any way that feels good and natural.
Allow yourself to just settle in,
Giving your body a break from movement,
A break from doing as we shift into the quality of being.
Allow your shoulders to melt down your back,
Face softens,
Toes relax,
Breath flowing effortlessly in and out of your body.
As you breathe,
Feel into your body.
Feel the sensation of your body being present here in this meditation.
Feel the existence of your body,
The steadiness of your presence.
You being here exactly as you are and as you're meant to be.
And tell yourself three times,
I am allowed to take up space.
I am allowed to be exactly as I am.
And just sit with those words,
Noticing how they feel in your body and in your heart.
And allow your heart to open and soften,
Inviting love in,
Letting the love not only flow into you,
But then spark ripples of love that will move throughout all of you.
And now bring to mind a part of yourself that you often criticize.
Maybe a part that you've judged or doubted or been a little tough on.
And just for a moment,
See if you can soften towards that part,
Even just a little bit.
Maybe having some understanding or compassion for it.
And it's okay if you don't love that part.
You can just meet it with neutrality,
The tiniest little seed of understanding.
And tell yourself three times,
Even this part of me deserves kindness.
Even this part of me belongs and deserves respect.
Now shift your awareness to your heart.
And just to feel that heart space.
Noticing what it feels like to sit with yourself.
Telling yourself three times,
I know my needs matter.
I'm not here to prove my worth.
My existence is already enough.
And just let those words sit within you for a few moments.
Just taking a few more deep breaths.
Inhaling self-acceptance and respect.
Exhaling self-judgment and doubt.
And as you take a few final breaths,
Know that there's nothing more that you need to do.
You're already so worthy of your own love and respect.
And ending our time together,
Just by saying something kind to yourself.
Taking a big deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Ending your meditation practice.
Thank you so much for being here today.
