So let's take a moment,
We can get comfortable if you want to sit and do this or if you just want to listen while you're out for a walk,
Whatever it is,
You can do that.
And so we'll begin just by taking three deep cleansing breaths,
Just inhaling through the nose and open mouth exhale,
Sigh it out.
Do that two more times and then we'll begin our mantras or affirmations right away.
You can repeat each one to yourself three times.
My body is the perfect home for my baby.
My body nurtures and supports me and my baby every day.
The bond between my baby and I is so beautiful.
My baby is safe,
Healthy and strong.
My love for my baby and myself grows every day.
I am already a wonderful mother.
I trust my body to help guide my baby into this world.
I honor how I am feeling today.
I can do this.
I can do anything.
Each breath I take brings me closer to my baby.
I am transitioning into motherhood with ease and happiness.
My womb is a wonderful and safe place for my baby.
Everything will be okay.
I am a fantastic mother.
I respect and I honor my body.
My baby loves me and I love my baby.
