Activate and align your chakras to have an energetic recalibration with this 20 minute guided meditation. In this practice you will focus on each chakra one by one and then visualize a full alignment of them together.

Transcript

So when you're ready,

Find a comfortable position.

Make sure that you have a long spine and that you can breathe without anything getting in your way.

And as you settle in,

Just take a moment to check in with how you're doing right now.

Is there anything on your mind,

In your heart or within your body that's lingering or calling your attention?

If anything comes up,

Take a moment and just say,

I hear you and I will address you in a moment.

And you can imagine you're taking that thing,

Maybe placing it in a box off to the side of you,

Or maybe send a few breaths to that area.

And when you're ready,

Allow yourself to arrive in this moment.

Maybe listening to the sounds around you or noticing the sensation of your clothes on your body or the gentle hug of gravity from above.

And just be here in this moment right now.

Begin to notice your breath.

Notice where in your body you feel the breath going first.

Maybe it goes into your chest or your belly or you feel it in your throat.

Just notice where you feel your breath going in your body.

And now on your next few breaths,

Imagine that as you breathe,

You're breathing into the back and the spine.

Just sending your breath into the spine,

Clearing the energy here,

Activating this space.

And now draw your awareness down to the base of your spine.

The very bottom of your spine.

And here,

Imagine a bright red light.

Steady,

Grounded.

And this light feels supportive and safe.

Really anchoring you and connecting you to the earth and surface beneath you.

And with every inhale,

See this red light growing brighter,

Stronger,

More vibrant.

And with each exhale,

Your body feels safer,

More grounded and supported.

Just focusing on this red light at the base of the spine.

And then tell yourself three times,

I am safe.

I am secure.

I am grounded.

And now shift your awareness a little bit higher up the spine.

So you're right behind and below the navel.

And here,

Imagine a warm orange light swirling and rotating clockwise.

And this light,

It feels fluid,

Open,

Creative and alive.

And as you breathe,

Allow this space to soften as that orange light becomes more vibrant.

As you breathe,

You create more room and a sacred space for creativity,

For pleasure,

For emotional expression and flow.

And tell yourself three times,

I allow myself to feel and flow.

Your awareness to just above the navel,

Where you visualize a bright yellow light shining here,

Glowing radiant and steady,

Turning clockwise,

And this light feels confident,

Centered and strong.

With every breath,

You feel your inner strength,

Your energy,

Your inner power be fueled,

To be ignited,

And to be dispersed throughout your whole being.

And now tell yourself three times,

I trust myself and I stand in my power.

And now bringing your attention up to your chest.

And here you can imagine a green light expanding with every breath.

This light feels open,

Compassionate,

Caring and soft.

Let this area open and soften without effort.

This powerful,

Loving space.

Just give it some room to breathe.

To let your inner light and compassion and love to pour into this space.

This light growing bigger and stronger with every breath.

And tell yourself three times,

I give and receive love with ease.

And now moving your awareness to your throat.

And in your throat space,

You see a clear blue light,

Calm and steady,

Turning and swirling in the throat,

Awakening your ability for honest expression and clear communication.

And as you breathe into this space,

Feel the throat soften,

The jaw release,

The neck relax.

And tell yourself three times,

I speak my truth with clarity.

And calm.

And now bringing your awareness to the space between the eyebrows.

Right at the third eye center.

Visualizing here a deep indigo light.

And this light is focused,

Aware.

Illuminated.

This light feels more observant than busy.

There's no need to force insight or wisdom or intuition into this space.

But with every breath,

Imagine the space becoming more open but also more clear.

This light shines brighter,

As if someone has come and wiped the window clean to this area.

Just notice that steady energy here.

And tell yourself three times,

I trust my inner wisdom.

And now bringing your awareness to the crown of the head.

You visualize a white light opening and expanding upward towards the sky.

This light,

It feels spacious.

It feels connected.

It feels like a line of energy between you and that which is greater than you.

Breathe life into this space,

Creating a sense of openness,

Of clarity,

Of meaning to something greater than the individual self.

And tell yourself three times,

I am connected and I am divine.

And now imagine all seven lights.

Red,

Orange,

Yellow,

Green,

Blue,

Indigo,

And white,

Aligned along your spine.

See them glowing,

Even,

Connected by a single vertical stream of light,

Moving up and down the spine.

Energy flowing freely from the base of the spine to the crown of the head,

Through these seven points of light.

Nothing is overactive.

Nothing is depleted.

Everything is working together,

Aligned,

Free-flowing.

And as you breathe,

Feel this unified,

Harmonious,

And balanced state.

And breathe into the spine and see all of your chakras awakened,

Aligned,

And balanced.

And as you do,

The rest of your body follows,

Also aligned,

Balanced,

Recalibrating from the energetic recalibration that's happening within you.

And tell yourself three times,

I am awakened,

I am aligned,

I am whole.

And now begin to bring your awareness back to your body and back to the space around you.

Take a few big,

Deep,

Easy breaths,

Returning to the here and now.

And begin wiggling fingers and toes,

And when it feels right,

Opening the eyes and closing your meditation practice.
