Hello and welcome to your meditation for confidence and success.

This meditation is designed to boost your confidence and align you with success.

This practice will help you to step into your personal power and manifest the success that you desire.

Before we begin,

Create a peaceful environment for yourself.

Feel free to light a candle or use essential oils to set the mood.

Then find a comfortable seated position,

Either on a cushion,

A chair,

Or the floor.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling completely through your mouth.

With each breath,

Let go of any tension in your body and settle into this moment.

Bring your awareness to your body,

Feeling your feet connected to the floor.

Feel your spine lengthen and grow taller.

Feel your shoulders relax.

Now imagine a warm golden light above your head.

This light represents confidence,

Strength,

And success.

With each inhale,

See this golden light entering your body through the top of your head.

With each exhale,

Feel it spreading throughout your body,

Filling you with warmth and positivity.

Eventually,

You'll see that light has filled your entire body.

See yourself glowing with this golden light as you repeat to yourself,

I am confident.

I am worthy of success.

I am capable of achieving my dreams.

I am confident.

I am worthy of success.

I am capable of achieving my dreams.

See yourself glowing brighter and brighter.

Now bring to mind a goal or dream you want to achieve.

Picture it clearly in your mind.

See yourself already achieving this goal.

As you do so,

Notice how it feels in your body.

Are you smiling?

Do you feel proud and fulfilled?

Do your shoulders feel relaxed and your heart open?

Take a moment to tap in.

Visualize every detail,

The people around you,

The environment,

Your emotions.

Let this vision become real in your mind and know that the success is already within you,

Waiting to unfold.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Say to yourself,

This is my reality.

I am aligned with success.

Again,

Inhale.

Exhaling,

This is my reality.

I am aligned with success.

One more time.

Deep breath in.

Exhaling,

This is my reality.

I am aligned with success.

Now place your hands over your heart and take a moment to feel gratitude.

Gratitude for your unique strengths,

Your journey,

And the opportunities that lie ahead.

Say to yourself,

I trust myself.

I believe in my abilities.

I am unstoppable.

Now feel this energy radiating from your heart,

Spreading outward into the world.

And take one last deep breath in.

Big,

Slow exhale.

Take a moment to notice how you feel.

Hopefully more calm,

Confident,

And ready to take on the world.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

And remember that confidence and success are already within you.

Return to this meditation and reconnect with your inner power.
