The way you start your day can determine the rest of your day. This energising meditation is here to guide you and remind you that we can start each day with purpose, alignment and balance. That our future self is waiting for us to capture moments in our present day to manifest our deepest desires. It includes intentions to expand your energy to receive.

We're going to begin this meditation by setting our intentions.

You can place your hand on your heart or not.

Do whichever feels comfortable.

And repeat after me.

Today I release all that no longer serves me.

I welcome in this new energy.

I allow my physical,

Emotional,

Mental energy bodies to flow with clean,

Clear,

High vibrational manifesting energy.

I deserve the abundance.

I am worthy of the good things life has to offer.

I am grateful for all that I have.

I know the universe has my back and I welcome the abundance in.

I am confident in who I am.

I am comfortable in my own skin.

My soul is leading the way and I trust in that.

I acknowledge this is the time to live out my purpose and do great work in this world.

And so it is.

Now we will begin the meditation.

And you know how this goes.

It's time to relax your body.

Either lay down or sit up and find a comfortable position.

Do what aligns with you.

Allow your body to loosen.

Relax your neck through your shoulders.

Unwind your muscles.

And face your palms up if you choose.

Allow your hips to fall.

Release through your legs and let your feet fall heavy.

Now we begin to breathe.

Allowing your chest to rise and fall with each breath you take.

Breathing evenly and gently in.

Evenly and gently out.

Allowing your shoulders to fall down and relax.

Releasing anything that no longer serves you.

Pushing any worries,

Any concerns,

Anything that needs to be released to the side and close your eyes.

Let your tongue fall from the roof of your mouth and allow your lips to softly touch.

Taking a big breath in through your nose.

Hold for a moment and release through your mouth.

Let it all go.

Release it all.

Taking in another deep breath in through your nose.

Hold and release through your mouth.

Slowly exhaling with each breath and continue this cycle.

And remember thoughts are part of meditation.

Allow them to flow if they need.

Every time it pops in your head,

Just gently let it go.

Allow the flow and come back to your breath.

No pressure.

Quieten the white noise and let your breath guide you.

That's all we have to do.

It takes time to be in flow.

Just do the best you can.

Release any distractions,

Chaos,

Any drama,

Anything that's weighing heavy on your mind,

Have it all melt away.

Feel how soft and at ease you are.

Drawing your awareness even deeper for connection.

Following your breath as it moves in and out with you.

Allowing it to soften your heart and mind with each breath you take.

Now I want you to begin to focus on the area between your eyebrows.

In your mind's eye I want you to visualise how you want your life to look.

How do you want your relationships to look?

How do you feel when you feel abundant?

Who is surrounding you?

How do you feel in these relationships?

What are some of the things you are doing?

How are you earning money?

What is your sole purpose?

Now visualise your home environment.

How does that look like for you?

How does it feel when you're in that environment?

When you think about your health,

What does that look like for you?

Are you doing strenuous exercise or gentle movements?

How do you feel when you're at your best?

Visualise it all.

Visualise how your health looks and how does it feel.

Do you want to feel balanced,

Centred,

Strong,

Fit,

Powerful?

Keep drawing in that energy.

Keep connecting with the feeling.

All the energy to flow.

Bring it all in.

All this abundance.

Begin to connect into your work,

Your career.

How does that look like for you?

How many hours are you working?

What are you doing?

Who are you helping?

What does the environment look like?

Take a moment to sit with this.

Welcome in all the energy.

Allow it to expand.

Expand from you.

Expand from your heart.

To bring in all the magic.

How do you want to feel as you wake every day in this abundant energy?

How do you feel as you go to sleep?

What does that look like for you?

With the people you surround yourself with,

How do you want to feel?

Connect with the feeling.

Connect with the energy.

Not the thoughts.

Allow it to flow and to feel.

Expand,

Expand,

Expand.

It's beautiful to visualize how you want your day to flow.

It's to remind you of the possibilities here for you.

The energy to manifest that your visions are in alignment of who you want to become.

In alignment with your soul purpose.

Dream big.

Welcome it all in.

Expand your energy to bring in the abundance.

Nothing is off limits.

All the possibilities are to be had.

You hold all the answers.

You hold so much magic.

Visualize your deepest desires.

Allow it to flow.

Placing your hand on your heart if you choose.

I want you to feel these words hit your soul.

You are enough.

You are worthy.

You are supported.

You are loved.

You are deserving.

Expand your energy again.

Dream bigger again.

Welcome it all in.

Visualize as big as you can.

You are worthy of it all.

All the greatness,

All the magic is yours.

Now own it.

Really start to live it.

Take inspired action.

Grow,

Evolve and transform.

Now we begin to focus on our breath.

Take a big deep breath in through your nose.

And exhale.

Keep that visualization in your mind.

Take another deep breath in.

And on your breath out in your minds eye you have a crystal clear vision of all your deepest desires.

Breathing evenly and gently in.

And evenly and gently out.

Bringing all that magical energy in.

Every morning as you wake connect with that visualization.

Feel every part of it.

All the energy.

Look through it as if you are living it today.

And go about your day working towards living the life of your dreams.

I want you to begin to focus on your surroundings.

Feel your body.

Begin to come back.

And gently open your eyes when you are ready.

I hope you had the most magical visualization ever.

This meditation is perfect to journal to if you feel drawn.

To write out a life script of your deepest desires.
