Guided Chakra Clearing Meditation

This powerful guided Chakra clearing meditation will clear, activate and expand your energy through all seven main chakras through your energy body leaving you feeling full of positive energy. It will help you shift through anything holding you back, any stagnant energy within, and unblocking any worries or concerns you are holding within your body allowing you to come back fully in your power.

Welcome to my meditation on chakra clearing.

Firstly we're going to set our intentions.

Place your hand on your heart if you choose.

To feel these words hit your soul.

Let's take a moment to go within.

To connect into our heart and soul space and remind ourselves of just how powerful we are.

How much magic we hold inside.

Feel the energy coming in.

Feel it all.

You are supported.

You are loved.

You hold the power within.

You believe in yourself.

You are guided as you begin this next phase of what you are here to do.

The abundance is here for you.

It comes to you in unexpected ways.

You welcome it in.

You are worthy of it.

You have done the energy work to accept it.

It is available to you now.

Your heart is wide open and ready.

And so it is.

Let's begin the meditation.

Close your eyes and begin to relax into your body.

Begin to unwind your muscles.

And start to focus on your breath.

Allow in your chest to rise and fall with each breath you take.

Breathing evenly and gently in.

Evenly and gently out.

Releasing anything that no longer serves you.

Allowing your shoulders to fall.

Your neck release.

Your hips to loosen.

And your feet to fall heavy on the ground.

Letting your tongue fall from the roof of your mouth.

Have your palms facing up if you choose.

And relax deeper and deeper with each breath.

As you sit or lie down we become mindful of our posture.

You sit or lay with a straight back.

Ready to become an open channel for energy to flow.

Pulling in the highest white illuminate healing light to surround,

Connect.

Re-clear your space.

Circling and swirling,

Activating the sacred space.

Preparing us for a chakra clearing.

Calling in the highest angels and archangels to be presented to us.

Beautiful angelic energy just arrived.

You may feel the air become denser with a slight chill as you begin to feel their presence.

A new level of ascendant masters,

Healers,

Spiritual teachers stepping forward.

Coming forward to help with this clearing.

We are calling in all the levels of awareness.

Using the energy to flow and expand with each breath you take.

Focusing on your breath.

Clearing out anything that no longer serves you.

Quietening your mind for now.

Just for this moment.

As we sit in this space we begin to focus on the area located between our eyebrows.

And visualize roots growing from the soles of our feet.

Allow them to grow deep,

Deep down to the centre of the earth.

With each breath you take going deeper and deeper down.

Right down to the centre of the earth.

Surrounding you.

Allowing the new energy to come in with each breath you take.

Creating a flow within.

Magical earth energy begins to flood up the cord connected to the roots.

It flows up through the soles of your feet,

Past your ankles,

Up past your knees to the root chakra located at the base of your spine.

Swirling and circling around your root chakra.

The place of belonging.

Activating,

Aligning,

Swirling around this space.

In a gorgeous red ruby glowing energy beginning to expand and glow.

It softens and radiates with each breath you take.

Gorgeous red ball of light radiating a magnificent aura from your root chakra.

Taking in nourishment and life force energy.

Allowing your root chakra to connect deep down to the centre of the earth energy.

Gorgeous glowing red energy radiating out from the base of your spine.

Empowering you.

Aligning you.

Activating you in the here and now.

Allow your root chakra to take what it needs.

Let it flow.

Now you can focus on the area near your belly button.

Allow your awareness to focus on your sacral area.

Your sacral chakra that relates to emotional intelligence,

Creativity,

Movement and your sexual centre.

Feel yourself expand in this area.

Earth energy swirling and twirling activating this sacred space.

Vibrant orange luminant light expanding with each breath you take.

Allow it to soften and align.

Feel it all.

Taking in the nourishment and life force energy.

Vibrant orange energy expanding.

And expanding as you breathe connecting to the earths energy deep down from the core of it all.

Gorgeous glowing orange light radiating out from the sacral space.

Balancing,

Empowering,

Nourishing with each breath allowing the sacral chakra to take what it needs.

Now we begin to envision yellow golden energy expanding in our solar plexus chakra.

This area is located just below your breast bone.

Your chakra of personal power,

Your identity.

Breathe into her allowing your energy to expand.

Swirling and twirling gorgeous golden light in this space.

Let it flow.

Expanding with each breath.

Calling in the earths energy to align the space.

Allowing it to soften and expand with each breath.

And inviting the bright vibrant yellow energy to clear anything that no longer serves you in this space.

Replenishing,

Restore and nurturing your solar plexus chakra.

Letting it take what it needs.

Focus now on the centre of your chest.

Your heart chakra.

Where we give and receive love.

Gorgeous vibrant green energy swirling and twirling in the sacred space.

Activating and aligning your energy.

Magnificent earth energy radiating.

Expanding a gorgeous vibrant green light beaming out of this space.

Allow it to flow.

Softening and aligning the heart chakra.

Your chakra of self development and unconditional love.

Gently breathe into this space.

Let it expand on your breath.

Feeding your heart chakra with nourishment,

Renewal,

Healing.

Let your heart chakra take what it needs.

Now we let new energy to come into the throat chakra located in the neck area.

Bright vibrant blue glowing energy swirling twirling activating this space.

Focus your attention to this area.

The area of expression of truth desires and self.

The communication chakra.

Let your throat chakra to soften and expand with each breath you take.

Clearing,

Activating and flowing with bright illuminate blue light swirling and twirling glowing energy.

Pulling in the earth's energy to assist with the clearing.

Breathe this energy into your throat chakra.

Opening,

Softening,

Freeing,

Self expression and creativity.

Allowing you to speak your truth.

Let your throat chakra take what it needs.

Begin to focus on the area located at the center of your forehead.

The area between your brows.

Your third eye chakra.

The chakra of infinite wisdom and guidance.

It gives us the principles of openness and imagination.

Gently and allowing it to soften expand and breathe.

Invite indigo energy in.

Let it swirl,

Twirl,

Activate and expand your third eye chakra.

Clearing out any stagnant energy that no longer serves you.

Gorgeous deep indigo energy.

Velvety colours like the night sky radiating out from this space.

Glowing earth energy expanding out.

Bathe your third eye with indigo soothing,

Balancing,

Bringing clarity,

Insight and understanding.

Let your third eye chakra take what it needs.

Now we're moving out to the top of your head.

To your crown chakra,

Our connection to the universe.

The source of enlightenment that allows us to connect spiritually with our higher self.

Your chakra of oneness.

Allow it to breathe.

Gently in a warm violet light balancing,

Activating and expanding your crown.

Restoring,

Harmonizing this space.

Gorgeous glowing violet light radiating from the top of your head.

Removing any stagnant energy expanding and expanding with each breath you take.

Nourishing the space.

Let your crown take what it needs.

Letting the earth energy to flow between your chakras.

Filling up your entire energy being.

Your physical,

Emotional,

Mental and spiritual bodies.

Expanding and radiating the earth's energy throughout.

Allowing your entire outline of your body.

Filling it all up.

You may feel some excess energy radiating out.

With focus and intention direct the energy back down to the core of the earth.

You can call upon this energy whenever you need by placing your feet back upon the earth.

Let the energy to flow freely throughout for a moment.

Re-entering your soul.

And expanding the love and light you hold within.

Take a moment to remind yourself how you hold all the answers within.

That you are a magical light being with big purpose in this world.

A beautiful,

Unique being here to create impact.

Now take a moment to become aware of your surroundings.

We begin to focus on our breath.

And listen for the sounds that are within our environment.

And when you are ready open your eyes.
