Thank you for listening to my meditation.

Let's begin.

Firstly,

We're going to begin with setting intentions.

So place your hand on your heart and repeat after me.

I am open to receiving the healing I need today.

I welcome in this new energy.

I know it's time to let go of anything that no longer serves me.

I am ready to heal.

I am worthy of love and support I receive.

I am excited to step fully in my power.

I am a powerful energy being ready for this next level.

The time is now for my growth.

I am prepared.

I am supported.

I am full of love that I give and receive.

I welcome in all the abundance.

Now I'm going to be honest with you.

You may need some rest time after this meditation.

It can be very deep and you may expand a lot.

It is deep and it's not for the faint-hearted.

So it's important to always nurture yourself afterwards.

Filling yourself up with self-love.

Whether it's through salt baths,

Grounding,

Getting in amongst nature or moving your body.

Now take a moment to celebrate that you're here,

Right here,

Right now.

To saying yes to yourself in these moments.

To welcome in the healing that's freeing you up of anything that's holding you back and allowing the light to come in.

I want to honour you for being in this space right here.

Going through all the different levels of your spiritual awakening and often truly changing everything around you.

Creating a new moment in your life.

Take a moment to breathe all that in.

All I ask of you is to show up for yourself and honour all that you are.

The magical light being that you are.

Being vulnerable is powerful.

You often realise a lot about yourself and can open things up for you.

You are here to be the best version you can be.

In facing your shadow it's allowing the light to come in and we honour it all as it does.

Now before we start this meditation I want you to take a moment to think of a trauma that you have carried with you.

A moment in your life where something has presented itself.

Something that you feel drawn that you need to work on.

Don't question,

Don't process,

Just feel it.

Call it in to be healed today.

Whether you visualise it,

Make a mental note or just know what it is and don't want to delve into it too much.

It's all okay.

Trust in what you're feeling.

Trust in your intuition.

Now I'm going to take you through a visualisation.

So get comfortable,

Relax your body,

Close your eyes and take a moment to focus on your breath.

Focus your energy on the area between your brows.

Loosen your neck,

Relax your shoulders,

Allow your hips to fall and let your legs and feet fall heavy.

Take a big breath in all the way to your stomach and exhale.

Let it all out and continue to do deep breaths.

Bigger,

Deeper,

Longer breaths.

Evenly and gently in,

Evenly and gently out.

Bringing the new energy and releasing the old.

Continue this cycle as we go.

Now I want you to imagine tree roots growing out the soles of your feet,

Connecting you down to the core of the earth.

They're going down and down and down,

Right to the very core of the earth.

Grounding you and anchoring you to where you are right here,

Right now.

Bringing in all that beautiful earth energy.

Feeling it radiate all the way down.

And up above you become aware of a flood of white light.

Magnificent white illuminated light almost raining down upon you.

As it hits your skin,

You feel it absorb and you begin to breathe it all in.

Like little whispers in the air.

Inhaling through your nose as it then enters your body and spreads into your lungs.

Your body begins to feel alive.

It begins to spread into the rest of your body through your shoulders,

Down through your stomach,

Through your hips,

Through your calves,

Through your arms,

Your hands,

Your head,

All the way down to your feet.

And down through the roots as well.

You feel it cleanse through your physical and energetic body.

With each breath it invites you to open up yourself more and more.

And for you to receive more.

Receive more of this white illuminated magnificent light.

It begins to flow you with the least resistance.

Down through your head,

Through your nose,

Down through your body,

Down to the ground.

With each breath it begins to flow faster and stronger.

Clearing out all the stagnant energy,

All the shadows that have been hiding.

Allow it to flow until you don't feel any resistance anymore.

You're completely surrendering to the process.

Then out in front of you you're going to see a moment in time of a little girl or boy or a younger woman or man that had this trauma.

You're going to see her or him and you're going to visit.

And she comes around and turns around and sees you.

She recognizes who you are.

She has a huge smile on her face.

She's so filled with emotion.

She knows you are here to support her.

And you give her a big warm hug.

And share a moment with her.

And tell her how you are her older self.

And how you are healing and have healed.

Everything that has happened to her.

And that she's going to be okay.

And that she's supported by so many people.

Both physically,

With her guides and ancestors.

But most importantly by you.

You have declared healing over her and over you.

And as you are embracing her,

You are passing it to her.

And then you ask her where she has stored this trauma.

It might be in her body or a special object to her at that age.

But you ask her to give it to you.

She might move her hands over her body to show where it is.

Or simply pass it to you.

As she hands it to you,

You tell her she is safe.

And that you are always protecting her.

That you are always there for her.

And anything else that you feel like you need to pass on to her right now.

From a grounded place.

As a mother you tell her.

You thank her for showing up.

And when you're ready you go to leave.

Once again you allow that beautiful white healing light to wash over you.

Helping you clear anything that's lingering.

Filling you back up with a warm rush of love and support.

And you come back and take a few deep breaths.

Begin to focus on your breath.

Become aware of your surroundings.

Notice any sounds around you and begin to wiggle your toes and open your eyes when you're ready.

How do you feel?

Do you feel that you released what was presented to you earlier?

You have now closed the loop.

Feel free to write it down or journal about it and release it by either burning it,

Ripping it up or planting it in the garden.

Do what feel right for you and trust your intuition.

This energy can't be destroyed.

It is often passed on from one object to another.

So processing this law allows you to lighten the load and remove the trauma from your sacral space or wherever you've stored it.

I needed this. To meet with little me, love her, give her a hug and let her know it’s all going to be ok, to let her know she is strong, she is precious and so loved and that she is seen, heard and matters. That she has a place in this world and it is a better place for it. The release felt like a load being lifted. Now I week like I just want to sleep and process it all. But I am grateful for this powerful meditation and could have happily stayed longer just being in that space of love and connection with myself. Becoming my own best friend x
