It's time to pause and take a few moments to appreciate the abundance and joy in your life.
Welcome,
I am Kim from Mindfulness Manor and I have the pleasure of taking you through today's meditation.
Before we get started,
Take a few moments to become comfortable.
Close your eyes or bring them down to a soft gaze.
Take a few deep breaths and let your body relax.
Shifting your attention to your breath,
Feel the rise and fall of your chest and belly.
Notice the stillness of your mind.
Bring your attention to the present moment.
Notice what's around you.
Notice the sensations in your body and notice the sounds in the room.
Notice the smiles.
Now take a few moments to be thankful for the abundance in your life.
Perhaps it's the good health you enjoy,
The supportive relationships,
Or the love you feel for your pets.
Pause here and allow yourself to feel the joy of gratitude.
Take a moment to think about the abundance of potential and possibility that exists in this world.
Think about the opportunities that are available to you.
You can choose how you want to show up in this world,
How you'd like to contribute,
Or what you'd like to create.
Pause here and allow yourself to feel the joy of potential.
Shift your attention back to your thoughts.
Most of our thoughts are focused on the future and we often forget to savour the present moment.
Notice any thoughts that arise which may be limiting or negative.
Notice any worries or fears that may come up.
Take a few moments to be thankful for the courage and strength within you.
Pause here and allow yourself to feel the joy of understanding.
Finally,
Take a few moments to reflect on what brings you joy.
Maybe it's a hobby,
A favourite activity,
Or a passion project.
Maybe it's simply the pleasure of spending time with your family or loved ones.
Pause here and allow yourself to feel the joy of contentment.
Take a few moments to reflect on the abundance and joy in your life.
Feel the gratitude for the present moment and what it has to offer.
Pause here and allow yourself to be open to the joy that awaits.
As you slowly come back to the room,
Wiggle your fingers and toes and take a big stretch here if you need to and set your intentions for the day ahead.
