Sit comfortably.
Either sitting with your legs crossed or if you're sitting in a chair,
Have your feet planted firmly on the ground.
Have your spine fully erect and your chin slightly down.
Gently place your hands with palms facing up,
Either on the knees or one on top of the other in your lap.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a low sleep,
Deep inhalation,
Allowing the belly to fully expand,
Holding the breath at the top.
And as you exhale slowly,
Mentally say to the word peace.
Another slow,
Deep inhalation,
Again holding at the top for a moment,
Mentally saying the word joy on the exhalation.
One more deep inhalation,
Again holding it at the top for just a moment,
Mentally saying love as you exhale.
Just bring your awareness to your breath.
Feel the sensations at the tip of the nose on the inhalation.
Also feel the sensations on the exhalation.
Before we begin,
Mentally set an intention for yourself and for this meditation.
It could be anything from healing to receiving divine guidance to being more peaceful.
Set the intention and just let it go.
Visualize yourself laying down in a beautiful field surrounded by luscious green trees.
Feel the grass along your arms,
The back of the neck.
Looking up at the beautiful sky on a beautiful day.
Feel the wind blowing through your hair,
The sense of the wind against your skin.
And as you're lying there,
Just feel yourself becoming more grounded,
More centered.
And as you're lying there,
A desire comes within your heart.
To meet your divine teacher,
Your master,
Your guru.
And as you're lying there,
Imagine as though you're slowly being lifted off the ground.
You're five feet in the air,
10 feet.
20 feet in the air.
50 feet.
You're 100 feet in the air just floating.
You're 500 feet in the air.
You can see for miles down the lush green trees.
You feel the gentle wind blow.
And you slowly start to move as though you're flying.
Gradually you begin to pick up speed.
Seeing the trees pass beneath,
Watching the clouds move.
And as you're going,
You notice a beautiful spot.
And in your heart,
You know that this is the perfect location.
You slowly decrease your speed and come hovering over this beautiful area.
And you slowly begin to descend back to the ground.
100 feet.
50 feet.
20 feet.
10 feet.
Five feet.
And you're gently placed back on the ground.
You look around in a beautiful land with a flowing river stream.
Vibrant plants,
Flowers,
Trees.
This is a magical area.
So you slowly get up and start walking to the river.
Hearing the grass under your feet.
Hearing the songs of nature.
Finally when you reach the river,
You see a wood cabin just on the other side.
There's something familiar about this cabin and you feel the energy,
A peaceful,
Loving energy of this cabin.
So you slowly walk across the stream.
Feeling the cool water wash your feet.
You make your way to the door and slowly open the door.
There's a beautiful aroma of incense.
And you look around this cabin and there's something just very familiar.
You slowly walk in and begin to explore this cabin.
There's a library.
A beautiful guest room.
And a fireplace.
Sitting in from the fireplace,
There is a body with a back to you which looks very familiar.
You slowly make your way towards this presence.
As you walk in front,
You realize it's your master,
Your guru.
The divine incarnation that you have an attraction towards.
The master looks and smiles at you and you smile back.
The master slowly stands and embraces you.
With this embrace,
You feel this divine energy.
From the head,
All the way down the body.
Every cell feels this divine awakening.
The master lovingly looks into your eyes and just by the look,
There's this deep sense of joy,
Fulfillment,
Bliss.
The two of you slowly sit down,
Facing each other.
The master slowly closes their eyes.
You do the same.
Slowly you allow yourself to go into a deep state of emptiness,
Nothingness.
Being guided by your master in this meditation.
Being within your heart center,
That love,
That peace.
Visualize it as a light surrounding the heart center.
Here slowly,
This light begins to expand more and more.
Encompassing your body,
Encompassing the room,
Encompassing the cabin,
Encompassing the country,
Encompassing the continent,
Slowly encompassing the world,
Encompassing the galaxy,
Changing the world,
Just infinitely growing.
And as it grows,
There's just such a deeper sense of peace and appreciation,
Of love.
Allow yourself to rest in this deep sense of love and appreciation.
And as it grows,
This light begins to expand more and more.
And as it grows,
This light begins to expand more and more.

This light begins to expand more and more.
And as it grows,
This light begins to expand more and more.
And as it grows,
This light begins to expand more and more.
And as it grows,
This light begins to expand more and more.
Ever so gently,
Bring to your awareness the intention that you brought prior to the meditation.
And as you look at the master,
Visualize as though you're writing your intention down on a piece of paper and a pencil that's sitting next to you.
See yourself writing.
You fold a piece of paper and you hand it to your teacher.
They bring the paper to their heart.
And from the heart,
You see the paper enveloped in a blue light.
Intuitively you know that this intention has been fulfilled.
The master slowly stands up,
Places the paper in the fire,
And as the paper slowly dissolves in the fire,
There's this deep sense of understanding,
Of knowing that the intention has been fulfilled and has now been offered to the universe.
When you and the master embrace,
Once again feeling that love,
That bliss,
You offer your personal respects to your master,
Whether that's hands and a prayer position in front of your heart,
Maybe touching their feet,
Whichever you so desire to do.
The master smiles at you and offers one more blessing and slowly leaves the cabin.
There's this deep sense of peace,
Of protection that you now have with you and always have access.
If you ever feel the need,
Just gently close your eyes and always come to your heart.
There your master resides,
Providing you the guidance,
Support,
And protection.
Take another slow,
Long,
Deep inhalation,
Holding it again at the top,
Exhaling,
Saying to yourself,
Peace.
Another long,
Slow,
Deep inhalation in,
Holding at the top,
Exhaling,
Saying the word joy.
One last deep inhalation in,
Holding at the top,
And mentally saying love with the exhalation.
Finally place your hands together in a prayer pose and rub your hands to generate enough heat between the palms,
Back and forth.
Spread this heat around your eyes.
Do this a couple times,
Spreading the warmth around your face and neck.
When you're ready,
You can slowly open up your eyes,
Just mentally saying to yourself,
How wonderful.
