Hello.

This is a meditation on gratefulness.

We'll focus on three areas to be grateful.

Our current and our present blessings,

Our current challenges,

And our future goals.

So sit comfortably.

Allow your feet to be placed flat on the ground or sit cross-legged.

Allow your spine to be fully erect.

Allow your palms to be facing up,

Resting on your knees.

Or place gently in your lap and gently close your eyes.

We'll begin by taking three deep inhalations.

And as you do your inhalation,

I'd like you to visualize your inhaling a golden light and allow that light to spread throughout your entire body.

This light will absorb any negative energy,

Any negative thoughts.

And then as you slowly exhale through the mouth,

I want you to visualize a black smoke coming out.

So let's begin.

Take a slow,

Deep inhalation in,

Allowing the belly to fully expand,

Inhaling the golden light,

Holding it at the top for just a moment.

And then again,

As you exhale,

See the black smoke leaving the mouth and removing all your toxins and negativity.

Take another slow,

Deep inhalation in,

Inhaling that golden light,

Allowing the belly to fully expand,

Inhaling the black smoke leaving the mouth and removing all your toxins and negativity.

And again,

Slowly exhaling the black smoke.

One last deep inhalation in.

And again,

Holding that breath at the top,

Allowing that golden energy to spread throughout the entire body.

And then slowly exhaling the black smoke.

Just bring your awareness to your heart.

And as you sit in the heart center,

I will begin the statements and you fill in the blanks.

You feel grateful when you fill in the blank.

I am so thankful.

Just allow yourself to be in a state of gratitude.

I am so thankful.

Think of all the blessings.

Be in a state of gratitude.

What are we grateful for?

We experience more of.

What we appreciate,

Appreciates.

Allow the intensity of the gratitude to expand.

Total gratitude.

Abandon any judgment.

Just gratitude.

If the mind wanders,

Come back to gratitude.

In what ways are you blessed?

In what ways are you supported?

In what ways is the present completely beautiful,

Completely true,

Completely good?

Magnify the gratitude.

Allow it to become two times as rich,

Two times as wide,

Two times as deep.

Let it be two times as dense.

A state of concentrated gratitude.

I am so thankful for.

I am so grateful for.

And if your mind continues to wander,

Use the mantra,

I am so thankful for.

Really experience gratitude with intensity in all of your heart.

Completely and utterly saturate yourself in gratitude.

Now,

Let us shift gears to gratitude for our challenges.

We only grow on the border of support and challenge.

If we don't have support,

Then we really can't move ahead.

If we don't have challenges,

We really can't go beyond what we think we're capable of.

Ultimately all its perception.

You can think,

Oh no,

And worry,

Or bring it on and it can be the wind that propels you forward.

Your attitude determines your altitude.

So now gratitude for challenges,

Maybe certain behavior patterns,

The challenges of certain relationships.

Just come from gratitude.

Don't try to fix anything.

Don't try to understand it.

Just be grateful.

You might not see it yet,

But there is some blessing in there for you.

Any financial challenge,

Be grateful.

There will always be challenges,

But that's also opportunity.

Any other challenges like finding your purpose or feeling disconnected from the things in your life.

They're all necessary for your growth.

The way out is the way through.

Allow yourself to be grateful for every single challenge,

Knowing there's a higher purpose,

A deeper meaning,

And more growth that will be in store for you.

Being grateful for challenges,

Having the mentality of saying,

Bring it on.

I love my challenges.

They're so cute,

So adorable.

Let this mindset rewire your brain.

Open your heart.

Remove past programming and go to a place you love your challenges.

Thank you,

Challenges.

Without you,

I would never know what I'm fully capable of.

Without you,

I wouldn't be the amazing person I am today.

Now let's transition into gratitude for our dreams,

Aspirations,

Visions,

Even before they come true.

Allowing yourself to be thankful before it happens.

Whether that's a healing,

A job,

A home,

A relationship,

Anything.

Become grateful before it happens.

Gratitude for the most cozy,

Loving,

Amazing,

Connected family and life.

Full of laughter,

Love,

And support.

Feel the intense gratitude.

Gratitude before it happens,

Like it is already so.

See it in your mind.

Allow it to feel as real as possible for you.

How will it feel?

Who will you tell?

How will you share the good news?

Feeling the intensity,

The gratitude that your dreams,

Your goals are all coming true.

Complete and utter gratitude.

Complete and utter gratitude that everything that you've asked has now materialized and is part of your actual reality.

And now just gently put a smile on your face and just say thank you.

Thank you for this life.

Thank you for all of my opportunities.

And thank you for all of my dreams and wishes coming true.

And now take a slow,

Deep inhalation in.

And as you slowly exhale,

Mentally say thank you.

Another slow,

Deep inhalation in.

And as you exhale,

Slowly and mentally say thank you.

And then one last deep inhalation in.

And again,

As you exhale,

Mentally saying thank you.

And as you exhale,

You can slowly begin to open up your eyes and just carry this sense of gratitude with you for the remainder of your day.
