Sit comfortably,
Either feet flat on the ground or with your legs crossed.
Gently placing your hands with palms facing up either on your knees or in your lap.
And gently close your eyes.
Begin by starting out with three deep inhalations.
Take a deep,
Slow,
Long breath in,
Allowing the belly to fully expand.
Slowly exhale through the mouth.
Another slow,
Deep inhalation in.
And then as you exhale again slowly through the mouth.
One last deep inhalation in.
And then as you exhale again slowly through the mouth.
Just return back to normal breathing.
And visualize yourself being surrounded by the purest love.
And with each inhalation see that love going into your heart.
And with each exhalation allow this love to touch the other person,
Situation,
Anything that's creating an obstruction in your life.
So you're breathing in this purest love.
And with each exhale you're sending this purest love to the situation or person.
In the beginning the image or the feeling might not be so strong,
But just continue this practice.
Breathing in intense love.
And like a laser it's going from your heart to the person or situation which you're sending it to.
Breathing in this intense love allowing it to fill your heart.
And then sending this intense love out.
And as you continue this should happen quite naturally.
Breathing in the love.
And sending it out.
Even if the feeling or the image isn't very strong just continue to practice this.
And if your mind wanders just bring it back to this practice of breathing in this love and then sending it out.
Sending continuous love,
Warm wishes.
And from this being of love you're now surrounding that person or situation with love.
Beaming them with love,
Surrounding them with love,
Saturating them with love.
Just like a sponge in water allow the image or situation to absorb this love.
And now expand this feeling.
There's nothing but love.
Inside,
Outside,
Everything is love.
And being surround is a fuse all with the power of love.
This is a very powerful and practical application for any life's challenges.
And now take a slow,
Long,
Deep inhalation in.
And exhale gently through the mouth.
Another slow,
Deep inhalation in.
And again exhaling gently through the mouth.
And one last deep inhalation in.
And again as you exhale slowly through the mouth.
And gently put a smile on your face.
