Hi,
This is Kathleen and I invite you to be in the space that you're in now.
I invite you to really settle in and that may mean adjusting position to make yourself even more comfortable,
And as you do that,
Because you know how to make yourself comfortable,
So I invite you to trust that part of yourself that knows how to create comfort for yourself.
And as you do that,
Probably,
Little by little,
You'll have a greater sense of safety as you trust the part of yourself that brings you the most comfort,
But whichever one brings a greater sense of relaxation,
And as you already know,
There is no right or wrong way to do this.
And now,
I ask you to consider the sensation of your comfort,
Imagining where you have that deeply felt sense of self,
Because you have trusted it in the past,
And that part of you that is you,
And as it starts to grow and expand,
You can notice how that growth and expansion increases your comfort,
And as your comfort increases,
It allows the growth and expansion of the part of you that is you,
And having that sense inside,
Golden sense,
And you can just allow this to expand in the way that it does naturally,
Noticing as it radiates from the heart,
In all directions,
The warmth goes up into your shoulders,
And down into your low back,
Focusing in naturally,
Because it is true,
And notice the sensation in the back of your hips,
Noticing as it flows lower down into your thighs,
And as this sensation is going through your arms at the same time,
And it goes in to the joints of your shoulder and your elbow,
The warmth and comfort going in and through,
Noticing as it goes down your legs,
Little by little,
Into the muscles and tendons and connective tissues,
And noticing how it's going down,
Little by little,
Blowing the warm sensation of comfort,
And noticing as it goes in,
Past your wrists and into your hands,
And into your fingers,
And as it feels more comfortable to do so,
You can allow this warmth,
As you let this warmth and comfort radiate up your neck,
And as it's radiating in and through and around you,
You can allow it if it desires to expand this warmth and comfort,
And as this warmth and comfort engulfs the sides of your face,
Going even deeper even inside,
Releasing naturally into the area in and around,
Through the top of your head and your entire scalp,
Beyond your scalp,
And as you may already notice,
That has moved beyond your skin,
Is actually encased with this warmth,
And resting in this space,
This beautiful sense of comfort that comes from trust within you,
And yet as all of these things can change,
And the beautiful thing is that,
As they change you,
Because as you begin to know now,
That being flexible increases knowing,
Can increase the ways,
And as the wisdom increases,
It increases your flexibility,
Flexibility allows you to explore more safely,
And acquire,
And this exploration increases your flexibility,
It increases your flexibility,
Understanding that increases the sense of self,
Which increases the sense of comfort,
Which increases the ability for the self to go and explore,
And as they make more sense,
It creates more wisdom,
And the self is on a quest to internally know,
It can rest even more so,
Helpful to the whole system,
And as you go into this sleep,
And notice the sensation in the back of your hips,
Noticing as it goes down your legs,
And as it's radiating in,
And through,
And around you,
And yet as all of these things can
