Please do not listen to this recording while driving or operating machinery.

Thank you.

And now just inviting you to come into a comfortable space that you have created.

Be it seated or lying down.

And just noticing how much more comfortable you can create this space for you.

Perhaps if you're seated you may find a way to become more comfortable that you can sustain for a longer period of time.

And if you're lying,

Perhaps you may want to pull a blanket over you or adjust your position in some way so that you can become even more comfortable knowing you have this power and this ability.

And then just noticing your breath without changing it.

Maybe noticing should you decide to change it and have it go a little deeper or what differences this may make for you.

And you might notice that you get a larger stretch in your chest and upper back or maybe even in your lower back and abdomen.

And that deep stretch opening and releasing.

Breathing in,

Opening and expanding.

Breathing and then releasing the breath and going even deeper within.

And one last time taking the deepest breath that you possibly can just to notice the differences breathing in this way may make for you.

A deep breath in,

Yes.

And as you release it slowly noticing each change as the breath is leaving your body.

Noticing that this chest naturally allows a deeper sense of relaxation.

And breathing more normally.

And appreciating each breath that you do breathe normally.

The gratitude that you can feel for this amazing ability to breathe.

And now you can imagine a warm golden ball of light.

Roughly the size of your whole body.

Softly and slowly.

And with great respect to you approaching you from above.

And this warm golden light approaching you respectfully from above.

And I wonder what your response could be to this warm golden light that is approaching you in such a deeply respectful way.

You could invite this light to continue its descent either from the top of your head if you're seated or over the full front of your body as you're lying down.

And inviting that sense of warm golden light that is infused so deeply with respect for you.

Inviting that sensation of all of these things into you.

That deep respect.

And as you already know,

Respect is always kind.

And as you continue to really explore what this respect feels like.

As you absorb this warm golden light into you.

And as you already know,

Respect is kind.

Respect is gentle.

And as you invite this kindness and gentleness into your body.

You may notice that even your internal senses of relaxation with slower breathing and slower pulse rate.

Let you know that as you absorb this respect for yourself.

That this invites an even deeper sense of relaxation.

And in a moment I'll be counting down from 10 into 1.

And with each countdown,

You can allow yourself to go just 10% deeper.

With each countdown just 10% into an even deeper state of a holy relaxation.

So now 10,

9,

8,

7,

6,

5,

Halfway there,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

And 1.

Even deeper.

And in this deep,

Holy space of respectful relaxation.

You may begin to remember the initial intent that you had started this meditation with.

Maybe it was for peace,

Maybe it was for purpose.

Maybe it was to enliven that part within you.

To breathe the breath into your soul and spirit.

Whatever your intention was for coming in here today,

Inviting your soul and spirit to experience that on a deeper level.

Perhaps that peace,

That purpose,

For the quickening of the soul,

Your soul,

Your spirit.

In this respectful space,

This sacred space that you have created.

And inviting your soul and spirit to go even more deeply into this.

And as it goes even more deeply into this experience,

You may notice that the sense of the sacred becomes even stronger now.

Every time your wonderful spirit experiences this,

The sense of the sacred becomes even more profound,

Even deeper.

Trying to honor and respect this sacred space.

This holy act that you can do.

And as you respect this,

As you go into an even deeper state of relaxation and sleep.

Knowing that this profound experience can inform your dreams,

Can inform even the health of your body.
