And this is Kathleen,
And it's time to go deeper and deeper,
And just allow yourself to be where you are,
Even in this moment.
You may be sitting,
You may be lying down,
You may be reclining.
Honor where you are in this moment,
Because it is in this moment as you honor who you are.
In those moments that you know or you've trusted before,
When you knew that you knew,
Beyond the shadow of a doubt,
Where to place that trust.
And you can think of those times now,
When you place the trust in an idea,
In a person,
Or in a thing,
And it came back to you,
With that trust reflected back to you,
And you began to develop the relationship,
Through trust,
With the idea,
The person,
Or the thing.
But the most important part was,
You knew to trust.
How did you know?
Did you get that feeling deep inside?
Maybe it was in your heart,
Maybe it was even a gut instinct,
And you allowed your body wisdom,
Your felt sense and your gut sense,
To inform your head sense now,
As you trust.
And sometimes,
You can even learn through this to trust yourself.
And where is that self that you trust?
Sensing into that self that you trust fully and completely,
Bringing your deep and full awareness to that self that trusts.
That self that is so informed by gut instinct,
By that felt sense,
By that known sense deep in your mind.
And where is that mind?
And is that mind part of yourself?
And as you already know,
When you have a mind to do something,
That mind is capital M.
The mind is not the brain,
The mind is not the soul.
The mind is something even larger than that.
The mind is part of everything.
The mind with a capital M now.
And is that mind perhaps a field between you and the idea,
And you and the person,
And you and the thing that you're trusting?
Because you've opened up this field of relating.
And isn't it interesting,
As you really engage in this relational field,
Be it with self,
Be it with other,
Be it with a thing or an idea.
And is self an idea?
Or is self a thing?
Or maybe for you,
Self is a person.
And I don't know which self might be for you now.
And you do.
And it's more important that you know,
Rather than I know.
Because as you already know,
When you know that you know,
You build the trust,
You build the awareness into this current moment.
And times in the past when you've had a hard time making decisions.
And there are other times when it's been easier to make decisions.
And the times that were difficult,
That you made the right decision,
Isn't it interesting that you had all of your senses on board?
That you had the felt sense,
The gut sense,
And the head sense.
And that you had all of you together making that decision,
That even though it was difficult then,
It worked out.
Because you employed your mind now.
And I invite you to step into this space of deep trust and deep truth.
And going deeper and deeper into your truth and your trust now.
And you may have a decision that you've been needing to make for a long time,
That you weren't entirely sure was going to be the right decision.
And bring that decision to your mind now.
With that deep gut instinct,
Gut sense.
And with that felt sense in your heart area.
And that sense that lives in your head.
You can make that decision with clarity,
Focus,
And well-being now.
And as you make this decision,
You can commit to your decision.
Because you've spent a long time cultivating your head sense,
Your heart sense,
And your gut sense.
And when all of these three are online,
Now that you've made the decision,
You can commit to this decision and follow through.
And when you do,
You will know that you have not broken your own rules.
And when you commit to this decision,
That this will relieve anxiety now.
And as you commit to this decision,
You will no longer need to live in regret and remorse.
Because you've done what is right for you and your situation.
Whatever the relationship is in this decision,
Be it between you and a person,
You and a thing,
You and an idea,
And even you in yourself now.
And you already know inside yourself with this deep trust,
Going deeper and deeper,
The decision that you need to make now.
And some people make decisions with a number of times before they know they can make the right decision.
And some people do it over a period of time.
And either way,
Either a number of times,
Or over a period of time,
Or both,
You know that it is time to make that decision now.
And I'm going to take the rest of this time to count you down into a deeper state of sleep.
Into a deeper state where you know that you can trust you.
You're at the top of a set of stairs.
And there are 10 stairs.
And with each step down,
I invite you to go 10% deeper.
Just 10% with each count down.
And starting at 10.

3 hours,
3 days.
But you already know what your decision is now.

You're the only one that can trust yourself fully and completely.
And you are the one now.
All the way deeper relaxed now.
And having made that decision fully and completely,
With full awareness,
You can go fully and completely into a deeper and deeper sleep now.
