Namaste.
Sit comfortably or lie down.
If you're sitting,
Spine is straight,
Face relaxed,
Shoulders back,
Chin parallel to the floor.
Look down into your feet,
Whether you're lying down or sitting.
Imagine as the wind passes through the trees.
Imagine you're in a deep forest,
Yet there's sunlight shining through the trees.
The aspens are singing and there's a gentle sway to them.
Relax and let go.
And allow the silent spaces in between the sounds to welcome you home.
Keep dropping down into your tailbone sacrum.
Breathe low.
Lower belly rises,
Lower belly falls.
Invite in the sounds around you and birds.
And allow yourself to let go even deeper still.
Light clouds floating above you.
For a brief moment dims the sunlight as your eyes relax even further.
The wind comes again.
The aspens sing their song as the beginning of fall is approaching.
In the seasonal transition,
We too transition as we are part of nature.
We're not separate from the trees,
The ground,
The foliage,
The birds.
What one?
Listening to this message the wind brings with an open heart,
A steady,
Open heart,
Saying it's okay to let go.
It's okay to trust.
Change is inevitable.
And you are the one witnessing the change.
You,
The permanent one,
Awareness,
The pristine,
Pure awareness,
Noticing the change in the leaves,
The hint of cool,
Brisk sensation as the wind comes,
The sunlight slightly amber.
Even in the moment,
Pregnant with infinite possibility.
Allow yourself to let go even deeper.
Not by trying,
But just by being fully here,
Fully present.
Complete in this stillness,
Complete as the seasons change around you.
Complete in this freedom within yourself.
Enjoy the change.
Live the change.
Be fully present for it.
Namaste.
