How does peace manifest for you in your life?
How do you most connect to your inner peace?
We're going to tap into that question and find the answer that feels right to you.
Once we've created peace for ourselves,
We're going to share that peace with a visualization,
Sending it around the world.
So if you haven't already,
Settle into stillness and gently close your eyes.
Take some deep breaths.
To create a sense of peace for yourself,
I invite you to connect with that point in the middle of your forehead,
Deep in your center of knowing.
Inherently we know in our soul,
Deep within ourselves,
That everything's going to be okay.
Sometimes we get distracted from this knowing,
But inner peace is well within yourself.
We need reminders from time to time to come back to our inner peace.
Connect with your third eye.
Connect with your deep knowing.
Connect with your inner peace.
We can transition this inner peace throughout our physical body by inviting it to relax.
Allow the inner peace and the relaxed feeling to trickle down within yourself and around yourself.
Follow this feeling from your third eye down your neck and invite your neck and your shoulders to relax.
Continue this peace into your chest and your upper back.
Wrap it around,
Connecting with your inner peace.
Send this relaxation down your arms,
Your forearms,
Sending peace to your hands and your fingers,
Letting them go.
Continue in your torso from your relaxed chest and upper back,
Sending that inner peace down to your belly.
Release your belly.
Breathing into your belly.
Breathing your back to fully relax and let go.
Breathing inner peace into your back and your belly as you breathe.
Feeling this trickle,
Allowing inner peace to pool in your hips and your pelvis.
Feeling that deep knowing,
That trust that everything is going to be okay deep in your roots.
Breathe into your hips and pelvis.
Saturated now with peace and relaxation.
Let your hips go.
Allowing now this peaceful bliss to travel down your thighs.
Connecting with that inner peace,
That inner knowing.
Feeling safe and complete.
Breathe into your thighs.
Continue to connect with your inner peace and now share that with your calves,
Your whole lower leg.
Feeling peace and relaxation to the muscles in your whole legs.
And finally,
Trickling that inner peace into your feet,
Into the muscles and the bones and all the connections in the soles of your feet,
On the tops of your feet,
And each of your toes.
Feeling grounded in peace.
Feeling safe.
Feeling connected.
And let go of your feet.
So gently now move your awareness back up to your heart center.
Once again connecting to your inner knowing that everything is going to be okay.
You are at peace.
Now we can feel overflowing with peace.
Allow this peaceful sensation to expand.
Centered in your heart.
Allow it to grow to fill your whole body.
Feeling connected to your heart center,
Allow your inner peace to move outside of yourself.
Allow your inner peace to fill the room or the space that you are in.
Feel the expansion and the welcome.
There's plenty of peace to go around.
Feel a connection to the joy of sharing your peace.
Feeling safe to expand it further.
Allow it to grow to surround the larger space that you are in.
Consider this the region that you're in.
Is it a city?
Is it a block?
But slowly invite your inner peace to become outer and to be shared with those around you.
Feel the receptivity of all the living things within this space and invite them to share with you this peaceful knowing.
Tell them everything is going to be okay.
Expand your generosity even bigger.
You are safe to share your inner peace.
It is limitless.
There is plenty for everyone.
Extend it out to all those receptive living things in your state,
In your province,
In your region,
Feeling the cycle of giving and receiving.
And you are safe in this beauty and love that we exchange with one another.
Take it further to expand surrounding your continent.
Take it further connecting with those around you in the receiving mode for this love and this peace.
Send it out and allow it to grow.
Everything is going to be okay.
Continuing further in safety and peace and love surrounding our world with peace.
Feeling into this cycle of giving and receiving peace,
Love in a safe space.
