Hi there.

Let's sit nice and tall.

Pressing the lower back forward.

Tucking the chin in.

Straightening the spine and the neck.

And let's breathe deeply.

Expanding the belly,

The ribs,

The upper chest as we inhale.

And relaxing everything as we exhale.

Breathing deeply through the nose.

And raise your right arm.

Curl your fingers into fists with your thumb straight up.

Bring your left arm forward.

Wrap those fingers around that fist.

Thumb up.

And let the thumbs touch.

Creating a little V.

Like a sight that you can look through.

With your elbows straight,

Eyes open.

Gaze through the V.

Beyond.

Still keeping your eyes on the V.

Inhale for five seconds.

Exhale for five seconds.

And then suspend the breath out as you stay still for 15 seconds.

Or as long as feels comfortable.

Continue this pattern.

Inhale for five seconds.

Exhale completely emptying the lungs for five seconds.

And then suspend the breath out as you stay still for 15 seconds.

Or whatever is comfortable.

Make sure that your spine is straight.

Your chin is still slightly tucked in.

And you feel the crown of your head reaching up to the sky.

If thoughts come into your mind,

Let them float by.

This meditation helps to build your nervous system.

It helps us access the strength within us.

It connects our relationship with our breath and our internal state.

Our thoughts,

Our soul.

And this meditation can recharge and energize us.

Honor your body.

Rest if you need.

But see what you can do.

Really digging deep.

Sitting nice and tall.

Breathing deeply.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale and release your arms down.

Let your hands rest in your lap.

Palms facing up.

And allow your breath to normalize.

Thank you so much for being here.

We'll see you soon.
