Closing down the eyes,
Taking three deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And with every exhale,
Release,
Centre,
Arrive.
And taking a deep slow inhale through the nose and long slow exhale through the mouth.
Anchoring in this breath,
Anchoring into the natural rhythm of your chest rising and falling and beginning to feel completely at ease,
Becoming present within the body.
Bringing your focus to the pores between each breath,
Breathing in stillness and exhaling any tension.
And now it's time to check in with your body.
How are you feeling emotionally?
Is there anything you would like to let go of before you begin your day?
And taking a deep inhale for three,
Two,
One,
Hold,
Bringing up anything you are ready to let go of.
And as you exhale,
Shrug your shoulders and release it from the body.
How are you feeling physically?
Is there a new habit you would like to introduce today?
Embody exactly how it would make you feel if you started this new habit.
How are you feeling spiritually?
Is there something you would like to call in today?
Plant the seed,
Set your intention and then let it go.
And coming back to the breath.
If the mind starts to wander,
Call it back home through your inhale.
Release through your exhale.
The breath holds onto the past so invite your breath to breathe in the present.
And exhale the past.
And I want you to bring forward three things you were grateful for this morning.
Completely embodying how each one makes you feel.
And I want you to bring forward three things that would make today the most ideal day.
One actionable step that you can take to call this in.
I am placing one hand on your heart and one hand on your stomach.
Whisper to yourself an affirmation,
I am supported.
I am allowed to take up space.
It is safe to love myself.
I am supported.
I am allowed to take up space.
It is safe to love myself.
And taking one last deep breath in through the nose and intentionally sighing out through the mouth.
Coming back into the room,
Feeling rested,
Rejuvenated,
Motivated.
Have a beautiful day.
