Today we will be moving through a series of breath techniques combined with my 432 Hertz alchemy bowls.
We will calm the nervous system,
Relax the mind and bring the body back into homeostasis.
We have a tremendous gift and an extraordinary ability to heal ourselves with our thoughts and our breath.
So if you haven't already,
Let's lay down into a comfortable position,
Closing down the eyes,
Gently preparing the bed of our subconscious mind to relax and receive this healing today.
And taking your three middle fingers on each hand and placing them over the top of your eyelids,
Pushing down ever so gently.
And this exercise is like restarting our phone,
Turning our body off and on again.
And keeping your eyes closed,
Placing your hands beside you or anywhere that feels most comfortable.
And maybe you want to adjust yourself and stretch out those limbs.
I wonder if you can make yourself just 10% more comfortable,
10% more relaxed.
And together let's take a long and intentional deep breath in,
Arriving into this space,
Your space.
And gently exhaling release,
Let go.
Feel the body anchor into this natural rhythm of your chest rising and falling as you begin to feel completely at ease.
Notice how the breath goes into the body cold and passes out warm.
And together taking another slow deep inhale through the nose,
Centre,
Arrive and a long slow exhale through the mouth,
Letting go of the day,
Letting go of anything that is not the breath,
Becoming present in your space.
This is your time,
Your moment.
There is nothing that you need to do here.
And together one more deep breath in,
Saying hello to the body.
Noticing where you are feeling any tension,
Any weight,
Any pain,
Any unwanted emotions and releasing them as you exhale.
And on your next inhale,
Breathe in beautiful healing white light right into this space,
Feeling it melt as you exhale any low vibrational energy,
Anything that is no longer needed.
Feeling yourself melt into the surface beneath you like honey as you surrender to the power of your breath,
Your intention to heal your nervous system today.
Just planting that intention like a seed in the heart space and letting it go.
And if it feels comfortable to do so,
We will begin an ujjayi breath,
Ocean breath.
And we perform this ocean breath by closing down the lips and intentionally breathing in through the nose and down into the back of the throat,
Making a sound much similar to the ocean as if holding a shell to your ear.
And exhaling through the mouth using a ha sound.
Breathing in through the back of the nose and exhaling with a ha.
Breathing in and out.
And I'm going to leave you with the sound of my balls for a few moments to focus on this breath as you create fire within the body and stimulate the vagus nerve.

Fast,

Feel the energy flow of your breath,
Your experience,
Or your realization that you are and who you are.

And coming back to the natural breath.
Back to the natural rhythm of your chest rising and falling as you begin to visualise yourself in your favourite place in nature.
Allowing the mind to create this place.
As you put your feet deep in the soil.
Feeling the earth beneath you,
Ground you.
Feeling roots going up from the bottoms of your feet.
All the way up to your hips.
Grounding you down into the earth.
As you look around at this beautiful,
Tranquil space that you created.
And just noticing how this space makes you feel as you breathe and ground.
This place exists inside of you so whenever you are feeling anxious,
Burnt out or in need of healing.
As you move through the inevitable trenches of your day.
You can always close your eyes and bring yourself back to your breath.
Back to this place.
And as you begin to breathe a little deeper,
Start to come back into the body.
Feeling those fingers and those toes and your heart beating in your chest as you slowly come back into the here and now.
Feeling rested,
Rejuvenated,
Relaxed.
