Welcome to this confidence hypnosis session.

Before we begin I want to remind you that your subconscious mind is always listening.

So if your mind begins to wander or you happen to drift off,

Do not worry for your subconscious will do the work for you.

Listening to this session repeatedly will help you create new neural pathways.

And with time and dedication to your practice you will learn to relax and let go of any negative thought patterns that are holding you back.

We are going to begin this session today by lying down with your eyes open,

Looking all the way up into the back of your head,

Taking a deep breath in,

And as you exhale slowly close those eyes looking all the way down to your toes.

Relaxing into the surface beneath you,

Feeling its infinite support.

Taking a few deep breaths here,

Allowing yourself to relax and let go of any tension in your body.

Melting into the surface beneath you like honey.

Noticing how the breath goes into the body cold and leaves the body warm.

And in a moment I'm going to relax you more completely by counting backwards from 10 to 1.

The moment I say the number 10 you will in your mind's eye see yourself at the top of a small set of stairs.

The moment I say the number 9 and with each additional number you will simply move down those stairs,

Relaxing more completely.

At the base of the stairs is a large feather bed with a comfortable feather pillow.

The moment I say the number 1 you will simply sink into that bed resting your head on that feather pillow.

Number 10 eyes closed at the top of those stairs.

9 relaxing and letting go.

8 sinking into a more calm peaceful position.

6 going all the way down.

Moving down those stairs,

Relaxing more completely.

3 breathe in deeply.

The next number,

Number 1 simply sinking into that bed becoming more calm,

More peaceful,

More relaxed.

1.

Sinking into that feather bed let every muscle go limp and loose.

As you sink into a more calm,

Peaceful state of relaxation.

As you continue to breathe deeply and comfortably now imagine yourself in a situation in which you wish to have more confidence.

Imagine yourself speaking clearly and confidently without any hesitation.

Imagine yourself making decisions with ease and acting with courage and strength.

Allow yourself to feel the confidence and power that comes with this visualization.

Imagine yourself in that moment feeling strong and capable.

Notice the thoughts and beliefs that are present in your mind as you experience this confidence.

I want you to bring that feeling of confidence into the present moment.

Breathing in this confidence into every cell of your being.

As you do repeat in your mind's eye the following affirmation.

I am confident and capable in all that I do.

As you continue to repeat this affirmation allow yourself to sink deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.

Feel the confidence growing within you and know that it is always available to you whenever you need it.

As you continue to relax I want you to visualize yourself in a variety of situations in which you are feeling confident and capable.

See yourself handling these situations with ease and grace.

Radiating confidence and assurance.

And as you visualize these scenarios pay attention to the thoughts and beliefs that are present in your mind.

Notice any negative thoughts or self-doubt that may arise and gently let them go.

Instead focus on the positive and empowering thoughts that are driving your confidence.

As you continue to visualize these scenarios and embrace the feelings of confidence.

Notice how those moments have contributed to your growth and development.

How they have helped you to become the person you are today.

Now focus on those feelings and I want you to really remember how it felt inside.

Those positive self-assured feelings and you can allow those good feelings to grow stronger and more positive.

Whilst you take in a slow deep breath in through your nose.

And press together your thumb and index finger on your right hand.

Because in the future whenever you take in a slow deep breath in through your nose and press together your thumb and index finger.

You are going to feel those strong confident and positive feelings.

You can feel these good feelings anytime you wish.

Anywhere in any situation.

Because these confident feelings are becoming more and more a part of you.

And you are becoming that strong more confident person.

And you can feel wonderful as you are becoming calmer,

More relaxed and more confident than ever before.

You know what it feels like to feel that confidence.

And you can really enjoy remembering and re-experiencing those feelings which are becoming more and more a part of you.

And as I repeat the following affirmations.

Feel the power and strength that comes from within you.

Feel yourself becoming more confident with each repetition.

I am confident and capable in all that I do.

I choose to see my self worth.

I love and approve of myself.

I trust the process of life to be there for me.

I am a confident person.

I am worthy of respect and admiration.

I trust my ability to make wise decisions.

I believe in myself and my capabilities.

I am capable of achieving great things.

I trust my inner voice.

I am strong,

Wise and powerful.

Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Remembering that confidence is not something that you either have or don't have.

It is something that you can cultivate and strengthen within yourself.

Trust in your own abilities and believe in yourself.

And know that you are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to.

As you continue to relax and focus on the feelings of confidence within you.

Allow yourself to fully embrace this state of mind.

Know that you have the power to create the confidence you desire.

And that it is always available to you.

When you are ready,

Slowly allow yourself to come back to the present moment.

Feeling revitalized and empowered.

Take a few deep breaths.

Opening your eyes feeling confident and capable in all that you do.

And you may want to stretch,

Wriggle those fingers and those toes.

Coming back here,

Back to the present moment.

Knowing that with repetition and dedication to your practice.

That you can cultivate the confidence to achieve your goals.

And create the life you desire.

And that you are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to.

And that you are capable of achieving anything you desire.

And that you are capable of achieving anything you desire.

And that you are capable of achieving anything you desire.

And that you are capable of achieving anything you desire.

And that you are capable of achieving anything you desire.
