Good evening beautiful,
I'm so happy that you're here with me right now.
Let's begin by closing your eyes and breathing yourself into slow,
Letting your breath's rhythm help you find your stillness.
In your body,
In your breath,
In this moment,
Allow yourself to settle deeper into the comfort of your bed.
As each breath unravels a piece of the day,
Feel the fabric beneath you,
The gentle pressure of the mattress,
The softness of your sheets,
The embrace of your pillow.
Breathe in through your nose,
And then slowly exhale through your mouth.
Let your breath lead you to the place beyond effort.
Let your body soften,
Your head,
Your eyes,
Your shoulders,
Your belly,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Your feet.
Soften and release.
Now imagine you're standing at the edge of a hidden garden,
It's bathed in moonlight and tucked away in a secluded grove.
A hand-carved wooden gate opens slowly for you,
And as you step inside,
A soft warmth greets you,
A sacred welcome.
The air is fragrant,
With calming herbs and blooming lavender.
Each breath you take is infused with peace and presence,
The ground beneath you is covered in velvety grass,
And with every step you feel tension dissolve,
From the soles of your feet all the way up through your spine.
You begin walking slowly down a winding path,
And each turn of the path reveals pockets of healing,
A willow tree swing in slow motion,
Its branches brushing your skin,
A cluster of lavender glowing under the stars,
Whispering calm into your chest.
As you walk,
You come upon a circular pool of water,
Crystal clear and still,
It reflects the moon above and the peace within you.
This is a sacred place reserved for release.
You kneel at the edge,
And with intention,
You gently place your worries,
Your overthinking,
Your sadness,
Your tension,
All of it into the water.
Each thought dissolves as it touches the surface,
Each fear melts into mist,
Each story is softened into silence.
Now,
Rest here.
Lie down in the moss beside the pool,
And feel the earth hold you.
Above you,
The night sky stretches endlessly,
Each star a reminder you are safe.
You are whole.
You are home.
Let yourself drift now,
As the garden breathes with you,
As the softness wraps around you,
As your soul settles into sacred stillness.
Namaste.
Beautiful.
