Hello beautiful,
I'm so grateful you're here with me right now.
Close your eyes and take a slow,
Gentle breath in,
And then exhale softly.
Again,
Inhale through your nose,
And exhale through your nose.
Let your body calm down,
And sink into the comfort of your breath.
Some days,
It feels like your mind is covered in mist.
Thoughts scatter,
Words slip away.
You walk into a room and forget why you came.
It can feel frustrating,
Even frightening,
As though the sharpness you once relied on has gone quiet,
But nothing has been lost,
Only softened.
Your mind is asking for stillness,
And your body is asking for gentleness.
Take a breath,
And feel the air enter your lungs.
Feel the coolness of it,
The steadiness,
The simplicity.
Every breath is a small clearing,
Every exhale a soft wind,
Dissolving the fog that lingers in your mind.
Imagine a gentle breeze moving through you now,
Cool,
Light,
And cleansing.
It brushes through your head,
Sweeping away the heaviness,
The clutter,
And the worry.
See the fog thinning.
See space opening between thoughts.
See light returning where it once felt dim.
Your body is simply rearranging itself,
Making space for a new rhythm.
And clarity doesn't always mean control.
Sometimes clarity feels like surrender.
Sometimes it feels like peace.
Now draw your attention to the soles of your feet.
Feel the ground beneath you,
Steady,
Unwavering,
And alive.
The mind may drift,
But the earth does not move underneath you.
She holds you.
She reminds you that presence lives here,
Not in your thoughts.
With each inhale,
Breathe in light,
Clear and cool.
With each exhale,
Let the fog drift away like morning mist meeting the warmth of the sun.
You are not losing your mind.
You're returning to a quieter,
More intuitive one,
A mind that listens and feels and trusts more than it analyzes.
Let your body soften now,
And let your mind rest.
The fog has served its purpose.
It slowed you down.
It asked you to listen differently,
To move from the noise of doing and into the peace of being.
Namaste.
Beautiful.
