Comfortable position.

And as you settle in,

See if you can notice any of the emotions that you may feel on your shoulders,

Or in your head,

Or anywhere else in your body.

And then come into your breath.

And as you ease into a nice,

Gentle rhythm,

Allow all those thoughts,

Those emotions to fade away.

Each day,

This year,
