More Love, Less Hate Guided Meditation

So much hatred, Paints our world today. So much judgment, So much violence. But at its core, This red hot hatred is fear, Roaring its terrified screams into a world it doesn’t understand, And can’t control. What calms the beast that shakes our lives? What dissolves the force that threatens our freedoms? What is more powerful than all of the chaos? Love. Love is togetherness, Diversity, And truth. Love is support, Empathy, And understanding. Love is patience, Openness, And depth.

So much hatred Paints our world today So much judgement So much violence But at its core,

Love is togetherness and diversity and truth Love is support,

Empathy and a desire to understand Love is patience,

Openness and depth More empathy Less judgement More acceptance Less othering More love Less hate Breathe in fully deep into your soul And come here into this present moment We all have fear within us Little seeds that can grow into dark forests if we let them Overpowering us And becoming the force behind our actions And the venom in our words Towards others who look different Believe different And live differently than we do But if we just pause And breathe deeply before we react Before we judge Before we speak We can invite love to shine the light on our fears We can infuse ourselves with more love and less hate We can spread more love and less hate We can be more love Less hate Breathe in fully deep into your soul And breathe deeply into your soul And breathe deeply into your soul Breathe in fully deep into your soul Love will shine its warm beams of light On your forest of fear And remind you there is enough for everyone That you are loved and have nothing to prove That you are free to live your own beautiful life And others are free to live theirs So pause And breathe in love See into your soul And let yourself see that you are love,
