Beautiful being.

And I feel your fears.

I see it when you struggle.

When it's hard to take a breath.

When it's hard to keep moving.

And take another step.

You are love.

You are more than enough.

And you deserve a beautiful life.

I see it when you shine.

And when you light up.

When your magic touches the beauty of life.

You are love.

I see you in all of your beauty and magnificence.

In all of your experiences.

I can feel your sadness.

Your hurt.

Your anger.

Your fear.

Your frustration.

The defeat.

The deep struggle and pain.

I see you.

Be gentle with yourself and with others.

As you walk this path.

As you take each step.

Love yourself.

Forgive yourself and others.

Release the past.

And bring all of your experiences,

Challenging or beautiful,

Into the present time to learn from.

To grow from.

Discover what it is to be free,

To know love,

Not what I was expecting, but very powerful, thank you! Reply to Katherine's question: I saw it was a guided meditation and it felt like the majority of this was you talking at me, rather than providing guidance on breathing or introspection. After using it a second time and thinking a little about it, I can see that your method of guiding is very different than what I'm used to or expected. I have 5 stars because it did take me to a place I didn't realize I needed to go and helped me practice sitting with some very unpleasant feelings. Thank you!
