Energetic Dusting

This Energetic Dusting is a shortened version of The Energetic Shower and is a great tool for Empaths and Sensitives to use to keep their energy clean, to reduce stress, to find a space to relax, gain confidence, come into a place of mindfulness in their day and leave feeling refreshed, cleaned, and happy. The beautiful sound healing by Lee Stavers will help heal at a deeper level.

Best used with a headset and where you will not be bothered. Sitting upright with feet on the floor is best.
