Kate Powers, MS has a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology and currently works as a Health Navigator, Group Fitness Instructor, Life Coach, Yoga Instructor and Meditation Leader in the healthcare industry. Kate as been helping others step closer towards their best versions of themselves through meditation, motivation and movement for over 15 years. She has helped her clients reach their weight loss and mindfulness goals through positive reinforcement and encouragement. She believes in the whole being approach to health and happiness. Kate's coaching approach is to help others find their gift and share it with the world. Kate's gift is sharing joy with others through uplifting mediations to guide them towards finding their fittest, healthiest and happiest versions of themselves.
