Kate Carson is a Yoga and Meditation guide specializing in Yoga Nidra, Tantric Meditation, Heart Imagery, Vinyasa Flow and Sound Experiences. Her life purpose is guiding people through rejuvenating rest practices, creative offerings and heart-based rituals to create a resilient and harmonious life to embody their divine essence and remember who they really are. Kate began her Yoga journey over 20 years ago to find more harmony in her physical body. As her practice progressed she was drawn to the meditative and restful side of yoga in order to feel more resilient in living life Type 1 Diabetes and Hashimotos. After completing her 200 RYT in 2016, she continued her studies with SomaYoga Therapy & Somatics Clinical Techniques, Sound Therapy, Heart Imagery, and Yoga Nidra and Tantric Meditation trainings with Tracee Stanley who she now supports with online trainings as an assistant. Kate works with Type 1 Diabetics in her community as a rest facilitator and teaches weekly classes online and in-person at her mobile studio, The Rest Room, as well as being part of retreats and workshops throughout Ontario, Canada. She is continually inspired by the yoga lineages she has studied and the wisdom of her teachers, bringing the teachings into every day life as divine tools to experience each moment and connection as sacred.
