Please come into a comfortable seated position somewhere where you can find a nice tall spine allowing the spine to be free from any support behind it.

So feeling your sit bones connecting down onto the earth.

The crown of the head reaching up towards the sky.

Soften the space in between your eyebrows.

Gently soften your jaw,

Letting go of tension.

Relax your shoulders down your back and allow your palms to either face down on top of your legs or knees or just allow them to sit softly in your lap.

Release your hips and your knees.

Relax your whole body and repeat to yourself,

I am completely relaxed.

Become aware of your breath.

Feel the breath moving in and out of your nostrils.

Notice the subtle rise and fall of your chest.

Just allowing the breath to be natural as you simply observe the inhale and the exhale.

Feel the rise and fall of the belly.

The belly expanding with your inhale.

Navel falling to spine with your exhale.

Observing your inhalation,

Releasing your exhalation.

Letting all of your tension go.

And then imagine a divine circle of light surrounding you for your practice.

So whether this is white light,

Maybe this is a circle of your ancestors or your loved ones.

Maybe it's a circle of trees and beautiful flowers.

Just imagine yourself encircled by this beautiful divine circle.

Using all highest energies to stay within you.

And then see,

Sense and feel yourself as a large beautiful house.

And see,

Sense and feel yourself seated in a meditative pose on the top floor of the house.

So see this room with detail.

Hardwood floors and windows on either side.

And in front of you on the floor is the entrance to a spiral staircase moving down through the center of the house through the center of your body.

A golden spiral staircase.

So standing up,

You start walking over to the staircase and going down step by step.

Down through the area of the nose,

The space of the mouth,

Through the chin and the throat.

Down through the upper chest until you reach the center of your chest.

Deep behind your sternum,

Stepping off of the staircase onto a platform and turning to the left.

In front of you is a door.

Reach out and open the door and step inside.

Closing the door behind you.

Taking a deep breath in and exhaling one time.

This is the tiny space of your heart.

Also known as the sacred space of your heart.

Allow yourself to be here for a few moments to experience this space.

And wherever you are,

See,

Sense and feel right in front of you a golden ball of light.

This golden ball of light is held in your palms out in front of you in line with your heart center.

Take a moment to look and examine this ball of light,

The beauty that's emanating from this light.

And then slowly take this ball of light and place it into your heart center.

So bring your palms towards your heart and place this ball of light directly into your heart.

And now feel your entire body filling with this golden light.

See sense and feel golden light moving through every part of your body,

Your cells,

Your muscles.

See yourself lighting up as golden light.

And now see this light moving out from your body to create a circle of golden light around you.

So see sense and feel that you are encircled by a beautiful golden ball of light that is only seen and felt by you.

This golden ball of light is only yours,

Allowing all of your energy to be yours and not and to keep out any energies that are not yours.

Keeping you balanced and centered,

Clear and focused and at peace.

Like a golden egg surrounding you.

And now see sense and feel yourself in a beautiful space in nature,

Whatever comes to your mind.

The most peaceful spot in nature you can think of.

It may be somewhere you're familiar with,

Or somewhere you're longing to go.

But see sense and feel yourself in this place in nature.

Wherever you are,

Take in your surroundings,

The temperature,

The smells,

Any sounds in the distance.

Feel your body soften as you are in this space.

Feel this immense sense of peace in your heart center.

Connecting with your breath,

Connecting with your body,

Connecting with your divine self,

Being peace in each moment.

Sense this peace that you are cultivating through stillness and silence.

This gift of practice you are giving yourself is a tiny seed of peace and joy and love.

See this tiny seed planted in Mother Earth in front of you wherever you are.

This is your space to come back to.

This is where you come to be peace.

Take as much time as you need in this space and in this moment.

See sense and feel the seed of peace you have planted in your heart center.

Take all the time you need with this practice.

It is yours.
