Hey there, friend. I hear you're feeling stressed. I understand and I'm here to help. First, we will get still and present. Then I will guide you to let go and soften. And lastly I will remind you that you have a choice and I'll invite you to consciously choose.

Hello my friend I hear you're feeling stressed hmm I understand take a deep breath just start to come into your body start to notice your body making contact with whatever you're sitting on just start to notice the space around you with your eyes still open just looking around wherever you are and just noticing space notice the space around any given object just sitting in awareness I know stress can feel quite uncomfortable and it can feel really heavy and really daunting so closing your eyes and just see if you can let go whatever is causing you stress see if you can just let go what would happen if you just let go there will always be something to feel stressed about and we have to admit to ourselves the ways in which we fuel our stress and it's helpful to remember that there's always peace just as we can choose stress we can choose feelings of peace feeling that all is well everything is okay so how can we loosen our grip how can we choose not to make our stress bigger not to fuel it what would it take what would it take for you to choose peace in your life what would it take for you to not want to feel stressed to make a different choice to see things differently to invite in more ease to invite in more simplicity to invite in more flow to invite in a softening can you see where this might be possible that is what I invite you to do now can you see where it might be possible to soften to let go to surrender and I invite you now to just imagine in this moment with your eyes closed anything weighing you down is going to just flow out of your mind out of your body and it will be sent into Mother Earth to be transmuted so that when you get up from this meditation you will actually be lighter whatever actually didn't matter whatever stresses were actually insignificant that didn't really need your attention they will have gone away I invite you to come back into your heart into what truly matters back into your joy back into gratitude because this is the practice this is what it takes it's these choices that we make the choice to see love versus hate the choice to see peace versus stress so what are you choosing make your choice right now decide how you want to feel when you open your eyes decide what's important decide who you want to be in the next moment and the moment after that and the moment after that always choosing always choosing we are always choosing and when you're ready you can open your eyes be well my friend take care namaste
