This meditation is a gentle journey into the heart of the Earth and the wisdom of your own being. Together, we ground into Mother Earth asking her to lovingly clear and cleanse our energy field - allowing her to recycle what no longer serves us into nourishment for new life. This is a reciprocal and sacred exchange, a reminder of our interconnectedness. From this grounded space, we invite integration of experiences, emotions, insights, and energy. So often we move quickly through life, taking in more than we realize. This practice offers a moment to pause, to harmonize your spirit, heart, and mind, and to come into peace and alignment. Perfect for times when you feel overwhelmed, scattered, or like life is moving too fast.

So just begin by finding a comfortable place to sit or lay down,

And take some inhales and exhales,

Just breathing a little bit more consciously,

Intentionally,

And then eventually just letting that settle into a nice,

Peaceful,

Easy rhythm.

And now we ask that we ground our energy,

Our roots into Mother Earth,

And we ask for a clearing.

Mother Earth,

Please take whatever energies are in my body,

What is ready to go,

And be transmuted.

Please take them,

Turn them into something useful.

And just on your exhale,

Imagine this release is happening,

Almost like a cleansing,

Clearing out the old,

Stagnant,

Or even something you took on recently that is just ready to move through now.

And just trusting this process.

And now we ask for some space for integration,

Allowing what has come into your awareness,

Your experience,

Your energy field,

Just holding space for what is needed for your growth,

Your evolution,

Allowing all that information to take place.

Find a resting place within you.

Imagine that these things are sinking into your cells,

And your bones,

And your body,

And your spirit,

And your heart.

And again,

Just breathing here,

Trusting the process.

Sometimes,

Our experiences and our thoughts can feel overwhelming,

So this is a really sweet way to recognize and to hold space,

And to give time and energy towards ensuring that none of the good stuff is lost,

And the things that you don't need can move through you.

So just feeling into that beautiful process now.

And from this place of balance,

We're now going to allow just a natural energy of peace and stillness to arise.

The answers that we seek,

The information we need,

It all arises when we are still.

When you feel complete,

You can open your eyes,

Go back to your day,

Stay here as long as you'd like.
