Hello beautiful soul and welcome to day six of your I'm Open to Receive meditation journey.
Today's meditation will be focusing on receiving the gift of each new moment in your day.
Begin by coming to a comfortable seat and closing your eyes.
Connecting to your breath.
Taking three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
Noticing any sensations in your body as you land and bring your awareness into your root at the base of your spine.
Opening your root to receive each moment.
Opening your root to receive deep connection and presence.
Continuing to breathe as you imagine yourself lying in your bed.
Awakening from a beautiful night's sleep.
The sunlight coming in through your window.
And as you open your eyes,
You take your first conscious breath of this new day.
Something that may often get missed.
You are here for another day.
Imagining yourself pausing here in this moment.
Receiving the depth of this first breath.
This breath that means you get to experience a beautiful day ahead.
Giving gratitude for this first breath.
Breathing that gratitude into your body now.
As you get up out of bed and make your way to the shower.
Turning on the tap and allowing this beautiful warm water to flow out.
Pausing at that first touch.
That first waterfall.
A beautifully warm,
Nourishing water.
Pausing here and noticing.
Noticing what a gift this moment is.
Continuing to breathe in now as you breathe in a new sense of gratitude for this beautiful water that cleanses you and nourishes you as you begin your day.
Turning off the shower tap now.
Coming out,
Getting dressed.
And as you leave your home for the day.
A neighbor passes by and gives you the biggest smile.
A big,
Beautiful,
Bright,
Good morning smile.
Pausing here in this moment.
Taking in this gift that you have been given.
Allowing yourself to receive this gift as you breathe in here now.
And allow this gift to come into your body to be received.
As we receive a beautiful gift like this,
We are also giving to that person.
We are giving them the gift of receiving what they are offering to us.
Breathing in this feeling now.
This feeling of I am open to receive.
And when I receive,
I also give a gift.
Leaving your home now and entering your favorite coffee shop where you go in to buy your morning coffee.
And as you hand your money over to the barista.
Taking a pause here in this moment.
Allowing yourself to receive this exchange.
To receive this interaction.
Breathing in deep recognition.
Deep gratitude for your ability to make this exchange.
To receive this beautiful gift of your morning coffee.
To receive the feeling that you are provided for.
Breathing in this feeling now.
This recognition of the significance of this beautiful moment.

Taking this meditation with you throughout your day.
Allowing yourself to slow down and receive the precious gift that each moment has to offer.
