Clearing Cellular Memory

In this meditation, we connect deeply with the cells of our body; our beautiful cells that communicate with each other, that receive life. We clear and flush out any cellular memory that no longer serves us, bringing in a white waterfall of light that moves from the crown of our head down to our feet. We flush our cells out with this beautiful waterfall, clearing and opening space in our cells to receive more of life. This is Day 4 of our free 7-day Meditation Journey, "I Am Open To Receive!"
