Beautiful,
Beautiful soul,
To day seven of the I Am Open to Receive meditation journey.
We've arrived here at day seven together and have opened and expanded our cells,
Our energy centers,
Our capacity to receive.
Today's meditation will be reprogramming our energy field to receive love,
Compliments,
Support,
And more of life.
Coming into a comfortable seat to start and closing your eyes,
Becoming aware of your emotions,
And taking three deep breaths together in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And again,
And one more time,
Continuing to breathe as we bring our awareness into our root,
Feeling the support of our seat underneath us,
Feeling the weight of our bodies sinking into our seat,
Bringing your breath now down into your moods,
Down into your sitz bones,
And with this breath,
Anchoring into the earth,
Imagining your roots coming out once again,
Traveling deep into the earth,
Anchoring there,
Feeling this connection,
And knowing that with this connection,
Your body is receiving earth's energy through your root chakra,
Coming up into your body and flooding your body with healing,
Supporting,
Nourishing light.
Breathing this in now.
Beautiful.
Bringing your awareness now into the top of your head,
The crown chakra,
Our connection to the universe,
To the cosmos,
Imagining a waterfall of white light coming in through the top of your head,
Breathing this down into your body,
Breathing in infinite intelligence,
Coming into the heart space now,
Where this cosmic energy coming down and earth energy coming up meet in the center of your body,
Your beautiful heart space,
Flushing your body,
Cleansing your body,
Opening your body to receive,
Continuing to breathe into your heart as you continue to visualize this beautiful white waterfall of light entering your crown and your root meeting in the heart,
And with each exhale,
Visualizing this beautiful energy expanding out from your heart,
Expanding out in all directions around your body,
Creating an oval-like energy field all around your body.
This energy field feeds your body through the top of your head and the base of your spine.
This energy field interacts with its environment and the universe,
And like a magnet,
It brings to it all that you desire.
So today,
We program your energy field to receive compliments stating to yourself,
I am open to receive compliments today.
And when I receive a compliment,
I will stop and pause,
Take a breath,
And open my heart to receive the compliment.
And now we program your energy field to receive love today.
And when you receive a loving action,
Word,
Or thought,
I pause and allow myself to receive,
And I open myself to receive love today.
Continuing to breathe into your energy field,
Programming your energy field to receive financial abundance today.
And with every dollar that you receive today,
Pause,
Take a breath,
And open your heart to receive each dollar.
And now we program your energy field to receive joy today.
And joy comes your way in whatever form.
Stop,
Pause,
And open my heart to receive joy.
Taking a deep breath in,
And finally,
We program your energy field to receive all of life today,
All the magic and wonder of life.
Stopping and pausing with each moment,
Each gift that comes your way in each moment.
And now you're going to take a breath and open your heart to receive life today.

See if you can feel your energy field expanding outwards with each exhale expanding your energy field,
Increasing your capacity to receive today.
