Solar Plexus & Heart Chakra Clearing

In this meditation we clear the solar plexus chakra from feelings of powerlessness, lack of control and unworthiness, and we clear the heart chakra from grief and disappointment. This allows us to receive a deep sense of worthiness; a sense that life is working FOR us, that we are provided for, and that we are safe to open to receive more of life.
