Welcome to day two of our I am open to receive meditation journey. Where we open to receive all that life has to offer. All of the magic and wonder and awe. Today we will be diving into the root and sacral energy centers. The chakras and clearing anything that may be in the way of allowing us to receive the present moment, Receive ourselves and receive life. Come into a comfortable seat or lie down. Feeling your connection to the earth. Remembering that we are rooted into our beautiful earth for support and safety. Starting to bring your attention to your breath. Noticing how it's moving in and out. As we breathe in we receive life. Then as we exhale we let go. We release what no longer serves us. Noticing the sensations in your nose as you breathe in. As you receive life. As you receive this moment through your breath. Just noticing any sensations that arise. And welcoming whatever is arising. Bringing your awareness now into the base of your spine. Your root chakra. Beautiful energy center that connects you to the earth. So that you may receive abundance in all of your life. Breathing into your root chakra. At the base of your spine. Enriching and nurturing your roots with this beautiful breath. And now imagining a beautiful waterfall of white light entering the top of your head. And with your inhale bringing that waterfall down, Down, Down into your root at the base of your spine. Allowing this beautiful white waterfall of light to flush out your root chakra now. Flushing out any energy that no longer serves you. Allowing this beautiful waterfall of white light to flush out any fear in your body. Continuing to breathe as you let this go. And remaining focused on that beautiful white waterfall of light as it enters your roots. Flushing out any mistrust. Letting that all go now. And now allowing this white waterfall of light to flush out any issues in your relationships. Particularly with family. And as this energy is allowed to move. Feeling your root energy center expanding. Expanding beyond all limitation. And with this expansion anchoring in trust. Unwavering trust in abundance. And unwavering trust in your relationships. Bringing this in now into this expanded space. Receiving this beautiful new energy into your root. And now we move up into the sacral chakra. Bringing your awareness just below your navel. Breathing into the space. And inviting that same white light down through the top of your head into your sacral chakra now. Flushing away any stored energy in your sacral chakra. Buying this white light to flush away any guilt. Beautiful. And as we clear this energy we breathe in expansion into our sacral chakra. Allowing to allow this beautiful waterfall of white light to replace this energy. With beautiful creative energy. Creative potential. Breathing in trust into your sacral chakra. Trusting in the flow of life. Bringing that in so that you may trust in the flow of life. Continuing to breathe and allowing yourself to receive this new expansion. This new expanded state in your root and your sacral chakra. Continuing to breathe here. Today we've cleared the way. Cleared the space to allow ourselves to receive more of life. A deeper trust in life. And whenever you're ready, Fluttering your eyes open. Thank you for being here today.
