Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship there is,
As it directly impacts every other relationship and situation in your life.
You're welcome to repeat after me or simply listen to my guidance and let it sink in.
Okay,
Find a comfortable position,
Comfortable seat or maybe you're lying down.
Let's start by taking a few deeper breaths,
Breathing in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth and make those breaths really deep.
And with every exhalation,
See if you can let go of everything that happened earlier today,
Everything that you need to do later,
All the things that you're currently troubleshooting.
See if you can pause everything and allow yourself a few moments to yourself,
Softening your face,
Softening your eyes,
Softening your jaw,
Softening the back of your head,
The back of your neck.
See if you can soften your shoulders,
Soften your arms,
Soften your hands,
All the way to the tips of your fingers,
Letting go of all the noise,
Letting go of all the worry.
I am full of acceptance for myself.
I love and support myself.
I'm patient with myself and those around me.
I trust life and I trust I'm making the right choices.
I treat myself with kindness and gentle touch.
I give myself space and time to grow.
I allow myself to slow down.
I trust my body and my mind are healing.

Noticing your body.
See if you can soften your chest,
Soften your ribcage,

Notice the place where maybe your feet are touching the floor,
Maybe your hands resting on your lap or touching one another.
Notice your heartbeat.

Sensations in your body,
Emotions.
No right or wrong way to feel.
Just notice.
If you need an anchor,
Connect back to your breath.
Noticing your body breathing,
Your chest expanding,
Maybe your belly rising and falling.
Whatever's coming up for you is perfectly fine.
Your thoughts are the architects of your destiny.
