Hello and welcome here to meditation with kartik.
Today we are going to do Shri Nirmal Yoga based meditation.
These techniques are based on Japanese system of forest bathing.
It helps to regenerate and heal your system while making you calmer and calmer.
So set up a calm environment where you can focus with me.
Be sure to close your eyes as we are going to walk through this mental jungle in mind.
Take a deep breath in and exhale from the mouth.
Again take a deep breath in and exhale from the mouth.
Focus on the middle of the eyebrow and visualize a red light.
Keep focusing on it as it gets brighter and brighter.
Soon you will notice that bright color light changes into a bright red door.
It seems it's just waiting for you to be opened.
As you open the door,
Bright white light surrounds you from all sides.
It's cool as you feel the gentle breeze on your face.
It's clean,
Cleaning all the tension away from your face.
And soon you are standing at the edge of the mountain.
You see a large valley in front of you covered in lush green forest wherever you see you.
How they stretch wide and deep,
Healing veins are blowing in the forest on your face.
Touch of the wind makes it more relaxed.
On the back of your neck,
Touch of wind makes it more relaxed.
On hand,
Touch of the wind makes it more relaxed.
See the blue sky.
There are no clouds to be seen,
Just an empty space full of peace and vitality.
More you look at it,
More your minds get clearer.
You started feeling light as winds kept blowing around the body,
Taking away all what is not needed.
As you turn on the left,
You see a trail in the woods,
It feels as it is calling you.
And you started walking on that trail.
You are surrounded by the towering trees in different shades of green,
Some are light,
Some are dark.
But from all the side,
They send you the sense of positivity and relaxation.
You take a deep breath in to absorb all that energy and exhale gratitude from mount for the trees.
Soon in the middle of the forest,
You see light falling on the big rock.
It's dazzling with golden light.
You start walking towards it and see five steps to reach to the top.
You first take a step,
Take a deep breath in and exhale from the mount.
You take second step and take deep breath in and exhale from the mount.
Third step,
Take a deep breath in,
Absorbing all the energy and gently exhale from the mount.
Fourth step,
Take a deep breath in and exhale for more relaxation.
Take a final step as you reach at the top of the rock,
Dark forest is left behind you and now you are wrapped in the golden light that is coming from over your head.
You take one more deep breath to absorb the state of mind deep within you and exhale for more peace.
You look on the right and you see a yellow do this time waiting for you to take the right direction.
You are welcomed to this world of healing anytime.
