Hello and welcome here to meditation with kartik.
Today we are going to do aft based meditation developed by Kerry Craig.
These techniques are based on ancient Chinese system of energy points which are often harnessed using acupressure and acupuncture.
For sake of this meditation we are going to use more subtle ways of tapping to stimulate those cluster of nerves and by the end of the meditation I assure you,
You will feel better than before.
So set up a calm environment where you can focus with me.
Be sure to close your eyes as we meditate.
Step 1.
As you think about the distress,
Identify the place where you feel that emotional issue could be.
It can be your forehead,
It can be your eyes,
Back of your neck,
Shoulder,
Tummy or maybe lower back.
Or anywhere else.
As you identify the target area,
Rate it on the scale of 1 to 10 with 10 maximum.
Great,
You did well.
Now let's start the cycle.
First meridian point is at the side of the right hand,
Also called karate chop point.
Using your middle and ring finger,
Start tapping on the side and say along with me.
Even though I have anxiety in my life currently,
I deeply and completely accept myself.

Using your middle and ring finger,
Start tapping at the centre of the eyebrow.
I know even if situations are not clear right now,
I will be able to see through it.

Now tap on the side of the eye.
Even if my mind gets crowded by thoughts sometimes,
I know the decision I will make will be right for me.
Now tap on the lower part of eye socket.
Strong emotion which I feel,
Are just here to protect me.
But my heart knows what is right for me.

Now tap just below the nose.
I feel negativity is releasing out from my body.
As I feel deeper relaxation,

Now just below the lips,
On the chin,
Keep tapping.
My words have power to change my reality.
I have a power to change my reality.
Now tap on below the collar bone.
No matter what situation is,
I will face it with certainty.
I create certainty in my life.
Now tap on the side of the chest,
Four fingers below the armpit.
I feel safe and calm.
Now tap on the side of the chest,
Four fingers below the armpit.
I feel safe and comfort surrounds me like a blanket.

Take a deep breath in and exhale from the mouth.
Again,
Take a deep breath in and exhale from the mouth.
Now notice the difference.
Do you feel better?
If you still feel someish emotions are needed to be released,
