Hello and welcome here to meditation with kartik.
Today we are going to do ho ponopono based meditation for forgiveness.
Ho ponopono is an ancient Havaaya healing process which help you in letting go of all the toxic energies within you and seed deeper the values of divine thoughts,
Words and action.
This meditation will help you to unconsciously letting go on people who are affecting your mental peace.
Whatever happened is past and today is a present.
The key element here is to understand that all thoughts arise inside our mind.
The external earth will unfold as it will but you get to choose how to respond to it.
This meditation can be done anywhere you want but for first time I encourage you to set up a calm environment where you can focus with me.
Be sure to close your eyes.
So we begin with a deep breath in,
Hold,
From nose breathe out.
We will do it three more times.
Take a deeper breath in,
Hold,
From mouth exhale.
Second breath in,
Hold,
From nose breathe out.
Take a breath again,
Hold,
From mouth exhale.
When you feel ready visualize a person who is giving you discomfort for some time.
Visualize their face.
What actions they do.
How do they make you feel?
What do you see from that person?
Take a deep breath in,
Hold,
From mouth exhale.
Let all the negativity go.
Again take a deep breath and exhale from the mouth as you feel relaxed.
Visualize the person again but this time chant with me I am sorry.
With these emotions from deep inside say I am sorry.
Remember this apology is for your mental peace.
So feeling the emotions and say I am sorry.
I am sorry that I made you feel this way.
I am sorry.
Situations turned out like this.
I am sorry that our values differed so much.
I am sorry that things didn't went the way we wanted but asking forgiveness say with me please forgive me.
Please forgive me that we couldn't create peace.
Please forgive me that we had to go through such emotions.
Please forgive me that we couldn't align our values.
Please forgive me for the things I didn't do.
I want to say thank you.
Thank you for this situation has taught me a lot about myself.
Thank you that I could understand more about my emotions today.
Thank you now I know better what I want in my life.
Thank you for whatever you did have liberated me from whatever you were going to do.
I want to say I love you.
I love you for all the time you gave to me.
I love you because whatever you did is result of your past.
I love you because I am free from things which held me all dear.
I love you because today I am at a better place than I was before.
