Welcome to today's meditation session.
Today's session is on washing away in the rain.
This meditation will help you to clean your aura and revitalize your senses,
While enriching your body with positivity.
Sometimes life can get tough,
But for now it's time to relax and feel the calm.
For this,
Find a comfortable place,
Maybe in a slightly windy environment,
Where you can just lie on your back and relax.
Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath in,
Raising your chest,
And deep breath out.
Again,
Take a deeper breath in,
And breath out.
Take another breath,
Deep breath out.
Now visualize an open space,
With a clear beautiful sky,
Sun shining on you,
And you are just lying below that clear sky.
Gradually,
A small cloud starts forming,
Right at the top of you,
As it slowly expands,
And expands,
Till the blue sky is covered with the stormy clouds.
Winds start getting past now,
You can feel it rolling all over your body.
You take a deep breath in,
And exhale from the mouth,
As you feel more relaxed under the clouds.
Rumbling clouds have more effect on you,
As you are completely focused on your whole body.
Soon,
The rains start pouring all over your body,
As you lie on your back.
Listen to the rumbling sound,
And the downpour of the rain.
Visualize how the rain surrounds you,
Falling on your body.
It cleanses everything.
Water is purifying.
Feel how the rain feels on the skin of your body.
Feel the wind still,
As you feel calmer with every gust.
The rain,
The wind,
Keeps focus on the skin of the body.
Let that region innervating water hit your body.
It cleans your body,
And your soul.
In this windy place,
Whenever your focus wanders,
Bring back to the surface of your skin.
By doing this,
You will develop self-awareness.
Do it as long as you wish.
