Take a relaxing journey from the comfort of your physical body into the vastness and stillness of space. In this guided meditation, we travel together through deep relaxation and visualization toward the stars. You will be left with a feeling of deep relaxation and deep connection to all that is. Transcript

Find a comfortable position,

Preferably laying down on the floor,

On a yoga mat or on your bed.

Anywhere that is comfortable that will allow your physical body to be completely relaxed.

Feel yourself in your space.

Feel the ground beneath you.

Feel the weight of your body as it rests on the ground beneath you.

Allow your body to become even heavier and sink deeper into the ground beneath you.

Feel the safety of the ground cradling your body.

Now feel yourself begin to get lighter.

Feel your body start to lift up off of the ground.

You are hovering just over the ground now.

Look back and see that your body is safely lying there.

Allow yourself to get lighter and continue to float upward.

Now you can see the whole space you are in from above.

Float a little higher.

Watch as you can see the whole building that houses the space that you are safely lying in.

Keep floating up.

Look out at the street that you are on.

A little higher now and you can see the entire neighborhood.

Keep floating upward.

Look out over the town or city that you are in.

It's beautiful from up here.

A little higher now.

You can see the state or the province from above.

Remember your physical body is still safely laying there completely relaxed.

Keep floating upward.

You are at the clouds and can see the curvature of the earth now and you can see your country.

Feel the weightlessness of your body as you continue to float up.

You are so light and continue to easily float.

Now you can see our entire Mother Earth in all her glory.

Isn't she spectacular?

You are completely safe.

You can breathe freely.

Feel yourself weightless.

Up you go as you pass by the moon.

Glowing in the darkness of space.

Let's go further and maybe a little faster as we pass by many familiar planets.

Now you see our entire solar system including our life-giving sun.

Keep going,

Weightless and safe.

You can see our Milky Way galaxy in her entirety.

Remember that your physical body is still safely laying on the ground.

Look around you and see all the twinkling stars.

All the billions of other galaxies in our universe.

Isn't this truly incredible?

Can you feel the connection to our vast universe?

You may start to feel that longing to return back to the familiarity of what we know.

So let's head back,

Looking around one last time and admiring the beauty and stillness of this beautiful moment.

Start to come back toward the Milky Way.

Looking to move forward,

You spot our beautiful sun and our solar system.

Keep moving as you pass by our moon and see our beautiful blue planet Earth.

Now you are at the clouds again.

Keep moving down.

And there you see your country,

Your state or your province.

Keep going as your town or your city.

Keep moving down and there's your street and there's the building that you are safely lying in.

Closer now and there's the space that you are in.

And now you can see your physical body laying safely and peacefully on the floor.

Hover over your body now and let yourself come back into your body and begin to feel the heaviness of your physical body pressing into the ground.

Allow your body to relax further and sink deeper down into the ground.

You are so relaxed.

You are safe and you are grounded.

You are a special and unique being.

You are mighty.

You are fully connected to all that is in our entire universe.

You are made of stardust and the stars are within you.

When you are ready,

Start to bring awareness back into your physical body by taking a couple of deep breaths in and out through the nose.

And only when you are ready,

Slowly begin to open the eyes.
