Welcome to today's meditation on embracing change.
Find a comfortable seated position or lay down.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.
Slowly and with intention.
Do this a couple of more times.
Close the eyes and release tension as we begin to focus our attention.
Take a moment to ask yourself,
What does change mean to me?
Do I embrace change?
Do I resist change?
Do I fear change?
Does change enhance my life?
Do I yearn for change or am I happy to stay in my current experience?
Change is a beautiful thing.
It allows for expansion.
It allows for evolution.
New experiences,
New insights,
New healing,
New beginnings and new endings.
It brings about awareness.
Change opens doors where there may not have been any before.
Change opens our eyes to see deeper and further.
Change opens our minds to possibility.
Change allows us to adapt to new experiences and limiting beliefs.
The only certainty we know in our lifetime is change.
Impermanence is guaranteed.
Nothing is permanent and everything is always changing.
This can bring about unpleasant and unpredictable emotions as well.
Change can be frightening.
Change can be devastating.
Change can be unplanned.
Change can be a struggle.
Learning to embrace the fears,
The uncertainty,
The judgments.
I do not fear change.
I embrace change.
I do not resist change.
I embrace change.
Step into change with a light and open heart.
I give myself grace as I find peace amongst the challenging changes in my life.
I find deep gratitude within the beautiful positive changes in my life.
I am blessed and guided on this journey of impermanence.
