This meditation will allow you to explore and feel the deep seeded connection that we have with each other, the universe and all that is within us and around us. We are united. We are one. We are deeply connected. We are love.

We are united, You and I. We are one. You are within me and I within you. We are within all that surrounds us and all that surrounds us is within us. The trees, The air, The soil, The rivers, The oceans, The stars and all the living sentient beings that we share this beautiful planet with. We are all part of a collective whole. There is no separation. The difference we see is purely physical. Within our true selves, We are one. Notice the connection. Feel the vibration. Feel the love. Feel the spirit that resides within you, Within this planet, Within this universe. We speak of OM, The sound vibration of the universe. A beautiful mantra that when chanted allows us to feel a deep seated connection to all that is within us and all that is without us. May we complete this unity meditation with three OMs to connect mind, Body and spirit. You may continue to be still and simply listen or you may join in by placing your hand over your heart and experience the sound vibration within you and allow this mantra to flow from your heart and out from your lips.
